Have you used the carryon yet? I really want to purchase a Lily & Bean carryon because they look so cute, but I'm worried about the durability.

Hi! I have used the carry-on a few times and have checked it in on a couple long-distance flights. I was actually surprised at how it withstood the check-in because you see how hard they throw luggages around. There are some knicks, scratches and surface-level cracks on the plastic, but it looks okay after some cleaning. However for the price, it’s meant more for looks and for careful traveling. It’s my go to when driving to places, but would use another luggage if I need to check-in. It's much too pricey to get thrown around and not handled with care.

Hi, how long did shipping take?

Shipping was only 3 weeks, but I was prepared for 2 months because that was the estimated time for the holidays. It was such a pleasant surprised that it arrived early.
Also, they kept sending me updates - when they confirmed the order (they even texted me to confirm), when in production, when getting ready to ship, once shipped, and then when expected to arrive.
