i love LineageOS i have a pop c3 i bought for $30nzd new back in 2013
and was able to update it to android 7.1 and it runs faster too also

There are more dislike than the like....not sure why ...the guy has clearly done great jon at showing us step by step detailed instructions video on unlocking and installation of lineage os ...better than others...

Great explanation. I have a Samsung 8.4Pro Wifi that is Android 4.4. Even Gmail will not run properly because it needs to update and cannot. Can I use this same procedure to update it to LineageOS downloading directly to the tablet? Always thought you needed to use the computer to flash a new OS. Thanks.

Great video, you make things look easy... Since that point after install Lineage, will you have notifications for updates (Android new versions, Lineage new versions, for fix security bugs and avoid software obsolescence)? And MicroG works in the same way that Gapps? Keep up with the good work

My 3 months old phone is not listed as one of the types there is a download for on Lineage site. Teh sucks.
What's the point of Gapps?
If you go to another app while playing the game, the game will be refreshed, but what part of OS should you modify to prevent it? I'm stressed out because I have to connect to new ones every time

can i do this to a umidiggi bison pro with android 11? if so how do i install TWRP with out google play i want to remove google 100% from my phone . i do not even want to use play to log into the device .
Isn't it the main goal to not use any Google apps or services to run a debloated and de-googled version of Android? Why do we need to install GAPPS? Just curious as I want to quit using Google for good.
I think you don’t have to to that.
Don't have to install GApps but its also a good way to bring life to an old phone you're no longer using/no longer getting OEM updates

When i goes to download lineage os rom from official website there shows two files one's rom file and another is recovery img file.. so is it necessary to download and install recovery file?

Dont use kingroot beacuse it doesnt root all devices and it made in china and there privacy conserns use magisk instead and twrp

What's the point of a custom ROM if you install GApps?
It is not nescessarily about de-googling, as much as it is about throwing a monkey wrench into the "planned obsolence"-wheel that is official updates and end of life by prolonging the life of a device that would otherwise "wash up on the Indian shores".

Pontry Tamling Its good if LineageOS is available for your device in Lineage official website else don’t install this rom ...it might brick your phone while installation.
