Did you wash the silk after painting it? And also what silk paint did you use in order to not have to steam it? Please answer thank you
Yes I washed the Silk Scarf gently after steaming with soap and water, You can use Iron - Based silk color which is available in the market and it does not require steam .

mam i wanted to ask can normal fabric paint be used on silk fabric or its specifically silk paints ?
It’s specifically silk paint dear & we can use only 100% silk clothe.
Ma’am ek video aap bol kar steam vala sara karva sakte hai but mere pass microwave hai
Mai ek video steam wala bnaungi bolker dear.
Microwave ka Maine kabhi try nhi kiya, aapke pas koi bhi steamer ho to usme steam kr skte ho Aap. Jese idli ke steamer me bhi .
Lekin km se km 3 hours krna padega.

does steaming the fabric flatten up the gutta ?
Yes it does flatten up the gutta by a little but you can still feel the gutta texture.
