Hey, I brought human generator online but will it be in my blender or no? I’m starting to get use to blender. I need to learn how to color the objects that I created which is a monkey and three sets of donuts. I need help with coloring it.
The content creator allows you to create your own customs shape keys - you can sculpt the model as needed while the new selected key set to 1. Then save it for future use. 8) Custom clothes are easy to add too.
Hello, I want to ask you about content. If I buy human generator I will have it forever? Do I need to purchase something more or it contains all necessary components?
Hey, I bought the add on, and I been working on it. But for some reason when I export the model to my 3d print slices the file losses the legs, arms, torso, and all that is covered by clothe. Can you help me out or explain me how can I join the clothe to the body and make it water tight.
Hey I have a question if you have the time to respond, How could I add a suit to this character? I want to add Spider-Man/ iron man suits from other 3d models already rigged in mixamo, all I need is the face to be on the body, how would I go about that? Is that possible?
Love the add-on, but two things: What makes this "ultimate" compared to the previous version and, why such a lack of clothing options? I remember wanting a character with a hoodie, kind of a hacker-type. Nothing available. A pirate? Oh yes, of course. :-) Hope they do some improvements on this. Overall tho, it's my go-to for creating more "realistic" humans. :-)(
Hello I just got this addon on but I'm not understanding much from it. When I go to edit mesh mode it turns out to a female body even if I chose male character
Good evening, I have a question, when you use the human generator, can you then go into sculpture mode and further customize him and his clothes or are you stuck with the basic models of the Add-on?
This looks really awesome. My one question, and I couldn't find anything about it just now on their website's FAQ, but can you simulate the hair for animations? That actually would be green light selling point for me as hair has always been the one thing I've struggled with. Thanks for any insight you might have!
I don't know for sure, but I'm pretty sure hair simulation is currently not included. I've not seen it anywhere, anyway, but I didn't specifically go looking for it
The guy at about 14:00 looks like Key from Key and Peele. That’s a selling point all by itself, lol. Questions: What does the final rig look like and can you make child characters?
would it be possible to customize the characters in blender like add scars or face paint for example? Also if i don't like the clothes could i make my own clothes for them? Edit: Nevermind i see on their website they customized the HELL out of their characters and made some cinematic shots. Definitely buying now
Not allowing makeup on male characters is extremely funny like it's not even an oversight or technical barrier it's literally the developers saying "I don't want people to do gay shit with my addon" lmao
Bold of you believing they even thought about it. They probably went for the classic: femol=make up. Menz= no make up. It's so deep in the way we think and see the world that prolly it wasn't a "political stance". Part of the problem nonetheless, I guess.
it will be cool if you show us on how to make them look like vampires and having their skin look like deceased and giving them vampire crooked teeth. Please make this tutorial I would love to learn this!
I think for characters at a medium distance, these models would be fine. But in the age of DAZ and Character Creator (much less MetaHumans), I think they are a bit underwhelming. Not to mention expensive. EDIT: It *IS* nice that you have so many presets available.
Dude if you can figure out a way to create your own head with an add on like FACEBUILDER. Then make that work with human generator. That would be amazing.
I tried using facebuilder as the target for human gen with shrinkwrap at it works fine Just do some fine tweaking and it works very well A good alternative before facebuilder X Human Gen comes

I've got no issues with Daz at all - that said, if you just want to quickly create characters in Blender and not learn a whole new character software or deal with importing at all, this is a great choice. Both great tools, just depends on your use case, budget, technical sophistication, etc etc etc :)

I just wonder how bad we do grow up people if they end up feeling entitled to mock someone that way, for such banal reasons. Mocking someone who's tryna help showing an addon, I'd add.

Will there be a free version, I don't have the money to buy something for over $50, much of a scam, will there be one or never?
@@OisinNoel8868 Scam? I'm not sure what you think is a scam, but I doubt this add-on will ever be free if that's what you're asking

I don't believe I've ever seen a tutorial on adding custom clothes - do you know of a good one?
@@TheCGEssentials this one is good: th-cam.com/video/2E5I5xLY62A/w-d-xo.html
That "hook" into Blender itself may be a BIG saving grace.
is the hair a particle, or hair cards?
Thank you for always staying consistent, I love your videos!
Glad you like them!
9:09 No eyes lids is a problem aera. All the models have no eye lids and the eye socket depth seems off. Any plans to improve that?
Can the characters created be used in a Commercial Unity Game ?
The characters ofcourse cannot be extracted from the unity game.

The lack of extra clothing and footwear content is a significant deficiency.
I would like to see some more options in there for those
In every single human generation software to date. Unfortunately.
Same is true with MetaHuman. And we wonder why....maybe to keep the clothing market profitable 😊

Lol - instead of a new version number, it's the "ultimate" version :) I assume next update will be the "most ultimate" version?
Hey, Im wondering if its possible to change the rest pose of the human generator? Thanks
Hey, men can wear make up and women can have facial hair! Seems like it would be trivial to have these options work on any model.
Hey Im wondering if its possible to change the rest pose of human generator?
One of my favorite add ons! thanks for the update news.
You bet!
Can you create a custom face from imported data like photo or scans? Like in metahuman?
How would I go about animating the eye distance for a scene? Couldn’t figure it out
I would like to see fbx to Unreal results. How would you animate dialog facial animation for instance.
Can these characters be exported to Clo or Marvelous designers?
can you add your own custom clothes to these models?
how can i export to fbx with keep posing?

Can You Change The Eye Color?
looks good, im going to give it a try
Just bought it and was playing with it...found out you can change the shoe colour. Just select the shoes and a material window appears.
Oh yeah you can definitely do that :)
Is it possibile to extrude or attach some other things to the body? Or it crash?

Good tool. The only problem is you can't export to other 3d prolike UE5.😢
Have you tried to import the character into Unity?
Makehuman, MPFB, MB-Lab does much the same thing and all of them are free.
Definitely worth the price. Just a pity I don't earn dollar : (. Wrong country yo.

Daz is absolutely atrocious. By far the worst character creator I’ve ever tried
Having used both, I prefer this one by miles.
Daz is horrible, and full of microtransactions
Ehh dont they give you like only a few characters and the rest you have to purchase thru their marketplace? Kinda clunky interface as well..
Is this the most realistic character generator? Does anyone know. It seems really good, but is it comparable to MetaHumans in Unreal?
not comparable
I can change the hair😢
