Good Job! My MAR 1 was a one man bands best friend except it was difficult to navigate. This solves that issue. I can't wait to get mine. Anyone that disputes that probably has a full band all of the time. Yes it does look dated, but I have never had a client comment on how my keyboard looked.
I think it's nice and it sounds great..Fun piece to own...

When it's launching in India?
Hi ‘- yes it’s a revised - pa50 , without a doubt, ( sounds good + it’s new sound engine & piano , some revised sounds/ styles etc , but ‘ sadly - no all ( buttons, & feature ‘s of the old’ model . Yet” still good as an entry model. Cheers to All & thanks for demo .

Do you have to hold full chord on left hand for a backing track? Can you just press one note for a mayor chord and combination of 2 for a minor and 7? I'm not familiar with Korg. Yamaha has this option.

I hear a lot of the MicroArranger sounds in this keyboard. I wonder if it’s the MA sound set with some updated styles.
I am owner of MicroArranger and i think so.
Yeah, it’s definitely using the same sound-engine as Microarranger and PA-50.
I hear no difference. I love the microarranger, but the OS system was terrible.
Will you please tell us if this has Indian tones n styles, when n at what price will it be available in India ? Thanks.

Could anyone tell how to switch off the annoying flashing of the "Tap tempo" + the screens' "keyboard and sound, demo, etc.."??? It is really disturbing for me to have the flashings all the times! Thank you for your help!

Yes! It does. But you need to import styles from USB. I have some some variety of Indian Styles. If you are willing you can pay and get it.

So this is using the same old 90’s Triton-engine? Disappointing. Yet another evolution of PA-50 instead of something completely new for the entry-level. Casio has done a great job with their new CT-X boards, why would anyone buy this Korg rather than the much better sounding but similarly priced CT-X5000?
Because ctx 5000 is fucking impossible to use

Feels like the 90's are back ... and no, this is not meant as a compliment.
That's what I also thought, unfortunately. Even my Medeli keyboard sounds better...
It’s using the Triton-soundengine from the 90’s. Sounds a lot like my MicroArranger. No wonder it sounds old...
It actually reminds me a lot of the cheap Yamaha my dad bought me when i was a kid. It costed about 12.000 ... belgian francs ... yeah, that old.

They should give it for free. In the beginning of the 90s I had a Roland keyboard which sounds the same as this. Its a shame Korg didn't got up with something great. They make good products and software which I respect, but this? Its a fast cash cow...
This is a response to the casio ctx series. they're really booming and yamaha and roland already makes standard keyboards. korg is just joining the party but they aren't going to just put all into this little sack of madness. it's just a plain. keyboard but since these are selling probably more than pro keyboards, korg has to go on ahead and jump In there.
