The hardest corner in racing games is the Slalom section in the Gran Turismo 1 version of Special Stage Route 11
the one that goes underneath the main straight line and leads to the triple chicane? that one still scares me
I love that section!!! i don't know why they remove some great tracks and layouts over the years, that one and the Rome Night track from GT2 (Alfa 155 v6 dtm license) were amazing tracks with hard sections
I can't even start to tell you how many times I visited those walls with any car, no matter how underpowered it was... Good times anyway! :).

For Brands Hatch: Don't get intimidated by the sudden understeer when you drive down the hill, the grip will suddenly return if you don't enter too fast.
Yeah, I'm always use this hack especially with FWD cars...
Brands hatch...always in the sand...aargh! But the hardest is the “corkscrew” at Laguna seca 😅

I love the classic era song especially the song that comes up when in the garage or the dealership was very catchy and relaxing in my opinion
I think one of the most dangerous sections in real life is the Downhill start in Mount Panorama / Bathurst, that's a fcking monaco in 2 seconds, no time for mistakes or you and the guys behind are all bottleneck in the hill hahaha

For me the last curve at Road Atlanta is challenging, many a time have I sent myself to the shadow realm.
Yeah, it's almost close to run 1 at Brand Hatch. The final turn at Sebring can be tough too, because of the bumps.

Very usefull but I noticed a tiny error : the s corners before the "s de la piscine" is named "Louis Chiron" and not "Luis Chiron"

Viper you should have put Bahrain International Circuit’s turn 10 because you come after turn 9, a fast corner, with little time to prepare for turn 10.
You have to keep the steering wheel as straight as possible on the entry because you are braking downhill while turning. You can tell that, without ABS, this corner is very difficult
Willow Springs last corner is more dangerous than Rabbit's ear
Rabbit ear has a small drop on the inside , it is perfect for overtaking @viperconcept

I remember that first turn from ToCA series (where this track was called A1 Ring BTW) and even AI had problems with that turn. Especially in heavy traffic there were situations, where at least half of the pack took part in the accident...usually when you started from the middle or the back of the pack and someone from the lead managed to run away from the crash, you could restart the race, cause in most cases cathing them up was literally impossible :-D

Daytona's 1st corner (24h layout) is very similar to Ricardo Tormo's (Valencia) last corner: blind corner with no straight braking section, a good spot for overtaking, and also the straight after them lead to another overtaking spot.

I found T4,5,6 on willow springs so much harder than rabbit’s ear, cause if you get rabbit’s ear right you are put in a position where there are no visual brake cues, as well as a natural tendency for cars to understeer terribly.

On the Nurburgring in the rain there is a corner that dips and if you take the inside line you hit a large puddle at really high speed and it basically rockets you off the track and unless you slow down and take the outside line it’s impossible to stay on track
Hello Viper, have you ever driven around Sepang? I've played raceroom and rF2 around sepang and the second last corner is extremely hard. When you hit the brakes, the back of the car tend to slide out, resulting in turn in oversteer. I need advice for that corner.
yeah, that's a tricky corner for sure. braking plus turning plus the exit is very important because it opens up to a long straight. (Upd: now that I think about it, the last thing probably makes this turn easier: because it's so important to have a good exit you can sacrifice the enter by braking earlier and with less pressure all to make sure you have the best exit)
I found the final corner in willow springs more frustrating. You can kinda take it flat, than reduce throttle for a long time. It's hard to exit quickly, as you're carefully not to floor the pedal to early or you'll in the gravel.

trun 3,4,5, and 6 at Suzuka is a hard part of that circuit (for me). 1 mistake in 1 corner can cost you alot of time or put your car on the gravel

Sunset into clubhouse sucks so bad on Kyalami. Spent a hour race there and never got the blind ass corner right throughout practice, qualifying and barely the race. The line throws everything you know about lines out the window and the hill's climax is so sharp against the clipping point. Ughh.
I am not sold on that Assetto Corsa lighting filter you've got going on. It makes everything glow. Totally distracting.

First corner in Brands Hatch (downhill right, 6:00). I've been sim racing for 15 years. I still have issues with that.

Here’s a question can you do a video showing clutch work in pc2 using gt3 cars I want to know it’s best to race with the clutch while racing in a gt3 car
You’re not really suposed to use the clutch a lot in gt3, in real life they do rolling starts so no need to launch. You’re only gonna use the clutch in the pit stops so its more useful to work on your racing line and throttle control rather than clutch work. Hope this helps

I'm playing Shift 2 Unleashed recently. May I know how they manage to claim fastest lap time in Nurburgring (Nordschleife) for certain car model? Is it all parts are stock or they do little tuning to the car? For example Pagani Zonda R claimed to lap at 6 minutes 47 seconds as mentioned on car decals in Shift 2. I like to challenge myself to pick random car and do fastest lap. It would be great if u can give me some advice. Thanks

I'm doing the nordschleife corner wrong by taking the jump then use the crest and brake to get maximum grip for the corner and I don't have issues with it

15:18 to me the corner itself and the following 2 + the jump/bump are harder than the jump you said there
Not very spectacular, but Bergwerk at Nordschleife is a rather blind corner which you approach from a fast kink that likes to put you on the wrong approach side, then you brake into a slight turn, turn in late and run along a pretty high curb. There's no run-off and exit speed is very important because the corner leads onto a long uphill section.
To be honest those whole set of fast corners after the Pflanzgarten at the Nurburgring should be there no 1. Your car jumps at a braking point before the Pflanzgarten, you go round followed by another fast long blind left over the crest of a hill with another jump at the exit of the corner. You go down the hill and it's a fast long right, then left, then right, then left at well over 200km/h. The camber is also raised in the middle of the road, so your car switching from right to left and back to right side of the road is constantly swtiching the weightshift of the car while going over the camber destabilising your car too. Then it's a long fast right bend which suddenly tightens, where you're having to apply brake while going round, very easy to go wrong.
That suzuka corner is mostly dangerous in gt sport during online races

I didn't think the Silverstone one was a hard corner but then when you made your point on the medium-low grip conditions i remembered Alonso's amazing pole lap in the wet in 2012. But wait, there's more. Brazil's Mergulho, Spa-Francorchamp's Pouhon double-corner and the preceding Eau Rouge-Raidillon turn combo, Australia's Waite chicane, Baku's Castle section, Monaco's Grand Hotel hairpin, Hockenheimring's Spitzkehre hairpin, and Mexico's Foro Sol section, among MANY others.
So on the Daytona street you start breaking before the yellow lines that's where I've been going wrong I've been breaking just after. Thanks for that I'm gonna try that next time I'm on pc2
For the Nordschleife think at it like this: You are driving 20km, it is a very dangerous and exausting racetrack, so to "wake you up" they gave the drivers a jump infront of a corner to keep the adrenalin running!

On Redbull Ring, Remus is difficult but personally I find Raunh way more difficult. Every time Im about to spin out on this corner and Im reduting almost all of my speed. It has a rapid downhill and it feel like you driving on soap.

I play gt sport daily and I can assure you this is something else . I can’t say surely but it’s either asseto or project cars 2

Most Dangerous Corners in racing games:
Anything in a rally game (well mainly the blind consecutive corners. With jumps. And bad camber.
The nurburgring designer prolly forgot he was not designing a rally stage when putting that blind corner jump.
Nurburgring was designed by a committee... Explains quite a bit.
Turn 2 of the Red Bull circuit is easy if you stay to the inside on entry.
