I just got the Cooling Gel pads shown in this video. These are great. Not to knock Wicked Cushions, they do have a great product and business model, but I had a much easier time installing these on the Microsoft Xbox Wireless Headset. These were a tad thicker than the WC I had, and the cooling gel and breathability seemed a bit nicer. Great product.

@Carlos Mendoza By far. You'd be hard pressed to have the driver touch your ears with these. That extra padding is comfortable and my ears don't get hot so fast.
