@@KIDLACROIX420 i saw a skeletonized watch from benyar i think for around 80$ i think, more or less idk. its definitely functional but im sure its less accurate than a higher end one.

Always loved Skeleton watches. 1st one I picked up was the blue & white Swatch back in the 80's! STILL HAVE IT!

When he says affordable I always check the price and never find any of those watches to be affordable 😢
I think the Tissot Chemin Des Tourelles Squelette looks much better and is also cheaper
With the right tools I would probably spend some time to finish off all parts to my liking 😅 but then again you could save a bit more money and buy a better finished one.
I think the concept of these is great with the floating movement. They're fairly subtle for a skeleton watch which often feel quite busy, but at the same time the execution of this model feels a little lacking. It doesn't really feel that skeletonised. It feels more like a small movement in a large case, which is pretty much what it is.
Cartier is obviously in a completely different price class, but I feel they strike a better balance with a similar concept with their watches.
I am sorry, but if you want to sell a skeletonized watch, finish it, so it doesn’t look like a mess. I would let most of the production errors go, if I couldn’t see them. The excuse that it is machine made is bs. Rolex is machine made.
Why is the movement dirty looking
Apparently it’s pre owned but it’s not the dirt that’s bothering most people,it’s the quite rough fishing

The screw shown center screen about 1/3 into the video is all knackered up like the wrong sized screw driver was used with too much force.

That said tho I probably wouldn’t buy this watch excepting high level finishing,be nice in future though if they really went the extra mile and put a bit of a show on with a skeleton watch dedicated to high finishing,something a bit more upscale,I love the brand and own an Aquis and would like a more high end watch from Oris in the future
Seagull Skeleton is the best affordable skeleton watch.
It's obvious from the comments that a lot of posters know next to nothing about watches. It's a pre owned watch, filmed under magnification and the expect it to look like a Patek for a couple of grand. Stick to your knock off Chinese made clones.
The audio quality on the last few shorts is sub-optimal. Hoping you folks can address this.

@@nikkimiddlekillsday5161 haha lol… watch collecting is not an affordable hobby unless you are collecting Casios. The term “Affordable” is only relative to the cost of other skeletonised watches, which are usually $5000 minimum (Bell & Ross BR05 skeleton for example!)

I could understand the exterior of a watch but why do the interior components that are sealed and not interacted with look so bad? I'm not trying to defend them but it's comparatively cheaper to the reputed Swiss skeleton watches which apparently start at $15000.
