I think palabok is not a thing for foreigners and that's ok. Back when I was a kid I hated it, lol but once you eat it often it becomes your favorite. I like jollibee's palabok the most.

Adobo's really good. As a foreigner who just travelled through the Philippines, the dishes that blew me away were chicken inasal, (usually from street cart fire bbq's) liempo and tocino. Well made tocino is one of the most ridiculously addictive things I've ever tried 👍

Being from Puerto Rico, I just love that we share quite a few things with the Philippines, like all the pork roasting and chicharrones haha
