Heat gun or steam seems to be the move when removing adhesive, gum tar sticky substances. So like wrapping vinyl and removing vinyl they always use heat gun in their shops. Daniel at Premium Auto Styling uses a butane hand torch.
Goo-Gone or W-40 for the adhesive. Being able to remove something like that without an extra charge will make the customer feel like they got a tad bit more than they paid for.
Mineral spirits on a dry towel & wipe the tire. Keep it on hand in case you run in to that issue again. It also preps the tire for dressing after cleaning & drying them. You’re welcome 👍
just had a guy say I ruined his Alcantara steering wheel on his Tesla. good thing his wife was outside when I started the detail and I asked her what happened to the steering wheel as soon as I opened the door I didn't even start cleaning yet. the guy was then like ohh it was at the mechanics so they must've done it. I said well I detailed v the outside and that's all I'll charge you for sorry I can't detail your cars anymore. accepted payment then left. I can't work for anyone who assumes I messed up. always go b over inside and out and tell the owner before you start that you're not responsible for any damage. I especially inform them when the leather is old and beat up and faded on the door arm rests etc as just cleaning it. ruins it more. be aware and communicate well and you'll be good.

Ima try the ONR in my 100 gallon. I have DI water but ONR shouldn’t hurt it.
it will alnonlyy make it better because ONR encapsulates dirt, adds shine, and lubricates the surface.

Rubbing your finger over dirt 😬😬😬
The car will be ok lol
@@eyecandydetail 99% of the scratches on cars are usually from the wash process or doing dumb things like dry rubbing dirt into the paint 🤷♂️
@@dragonwithak6051 thanks for your input 🙏🏽
How many gallons is your water tank and around how many ounces do you put of ONR?
Thank you.
I have a 90 gallon. I only use two cap fulls
Great video. An information. You should get bucket rollers with wheel if you use them at seat
As a seat
