I removed the ring in the vario and chanced the CDI to a 45 km/h (from 30 km/h). Search on Google for a guide if you need it. It's very easy to change the CDI but a bit more difficult to remove the ring. You can buy the CDI on Ebay and then you change it with the original which is placed on "the floor" between your legs. Unscrew the lid and take out the wires and plug the new in. Hope it helped :)

It's derestricted unless in the CDI where it's still restricted, that's why it doesn't pull further than 60 km/h.
Where did you find the cdi box, can't fine it anywhere?

There is no cdi in mine
mine 65km/h with other cdi and rollers and other pipe and its a 49cc,allowed speed belgium 25km/h

I do 80, and i only change the exaust, with a "gianelli extra V2"

Open the speedometer and change the bulbs. Bulbs are on sale everywhere. They are of different colours also.
