In addition to what you said the Raspberry Pi also makes a great Pi-hole / VPN machine. PiVPN is one way to go but I only have experience using Wireguard on the Pi which has worked GREAT. The touchscreen that you have for the Pi is awesome I'll definitely be looking into it for my next Pi. My current Pi is headless as a GUI is not needed and it lowers memory usage.

I use my raspberri pis as ip cameras, as IoT devices to track temperature / humidity, and as 3d printer monitor (octopi). There are some low frequency microphone pickup every time you touch the table, I would suggest adding some foam or rubber isolation between mic and table or perhaps a high pass filter in software.

The more knowledge I gain, the more I see that certifications hold more weight than a degree but, nevertheless, both certifications and a degree are the ultimate goal for the profession. What I want to know in your opinion, should I stop and get going on obtaining LPT then finish my degree? Background, I’m in the military and within 2 years of exiting and won’t have the tuition assistance (which I can use for both a degree or certifications) after that, so where and what would be more beneficial to me to get my foot in the door knowing my situation.

These things are addicting. I now own two 4B's. I use one for pi-hole, like others have mentioned is great especially WiFi devices that don't have the greatest ad blocking, and for a mumble server. The second one I installed Jupyter with the Python3 and R IRkernel, installed letsencrypt with dynamic DNS. Kinda cool to practice on your own 'cloud server'.

Please listen to your audio for this video on a sound system with a big sub. You have an issue with low frequency when you touch your keyboard. It booms in the mic. Consider a low cut on the mic channel in your edit. Hope this helps.

What if im on studio monitors power and vol knobs only ;) u can use some high pass filter at arr 80-120Hz to smooth things out on the mic channell.. one plugin doesnt make much difference when exporting vids

It's not just the keyboard, it's everytime he touches his table and if you look closely, his mic will shake. The Problem can be solved easier: don't screw the mic on your table or have a better stand.

I was alive before Atari was invented..all we had was sub-par computer games..not many cool games but still overjoyed to see the start of internet gaming..oh, we didn’t have microwave ovens either..it was cool to see that invention come out..funny story, rumors at the time , one wasn’t supposed to stand near the working microwave based on “possible” cancer causing waves leaking through the door seals. Great memories. 😊

I usually have anywhere from 100 to 500 tabs opened on chromium. It is from 2-3 to even 20 windows at time. I have 2 2560x1600 and 2 1920x1200 monitors, so having multiple windows is not problem. I have "task bar" on every monitor, it is very thick (around 200 pixels) and it is auto hide, auto popup

8:54 If you hate losing all your tabs (as I do), I recommend this chrome extension called session buddy, it basically records all your tabs in sessions and when it reaches like 12 pm, it saves all the tabs you currently have and starts a new session, you can also manually save sessions. Not affiliated or anything, just a fan.
