Me too!! Great to get recommendations from locals 😍 it’s funny because I’m often around Edinburgh with my camera looking like a tourist I’ve had locals give me recommendations too which I always find so kind 🥰
Stirling is an amazing place. Is that an Edinburgh accent I hear? I would recommend the castle, the old town jail, and the Stirling Distillery. Cowane's Hospital might be of interest. It's right next to the Church of the Holy Rood.
I’m so looking forward to returning for another explore and thank you for your suggestions!! I’ve been to the Castle and loved it (might be one of my favourites in Scotland ☺️). Well.. I mix of accents 😅 I’ve lived in Edinburgh on and off for 10 years then Fife before that and Malaysia before that!
Another gem from the Shawna Vault! 🙌 Thank you for sharing your videos, regardless of how old they might be. Stirling looked like such a lovely place the visit. The daffodils at the cemetery were so pretty. I’ll also look forward to your more proper Stirling outing in the future! 😍 I know what I’m going to request next time you ask for feedback 😁 And your hair was so cute at the end of the video 😊 I hope you’re doing well Shawna!
I love how you always find hidden treasures in your explorations. I lived in Stirling for a few years and found some new places to visit in this video. The monument and Castle are definitely worth a visit. As is the uni and Bridge of Allan is a lovely town too.
Your videos are a lovely wee corner of the internet, thanks Shawna.
That’s incredibly kind of you to say, Jeph!! Thank you for watching ☺️
I love when locals interact with me when I travel and give shortcuts and information i would never have known!

Stirling looks wonderful. Glad you were able to visit.
Thanks for watching! I’ll need to revisit soon to explore further 😊
Nice video Shawna :) Stirling looks like it's doing a bit better than some of the other smaller scottish towns and cities outside of Edinburgh.
Thanks so much for watching! I agree, sadly some of the smaller towns have really lost their high streets 🥺
Nice. Love the hammer beam roof in the church. Really neat.
Isn’t it amazing!! A wonderful example of a hammer beam roof 😍
