My brother and I crossed paths with Johnny about 12 years ago and he loved the old Buick we were driving. He talked to us for about 15min. The best way to describe Johnny is he was super cool and a laid back guy . Just like an average guy. Thanx Johnny for taking time out of your day to talk to us.

My brother and I cruised to Mission Beach to hang out for a while and we parked away from people so we could see the sunset and a nice white car with dark windows rolled by and stopped and someone climbed out the passenger side and said “Gentleman, may I have a glance at your car” and It was Johnny Depp. We were both star struck for a few seconds and we gave him a tour of the car and he asked us where we were from , we told we were from El Reno Oklahoma. We talked for a bit and he left. The funny thing about the experience was when we were talking,Johnny didn’t act like a movie star, he was just a really laid back guy that liked our old Buick Electra. He had awesome sense of humor. That’s how we crossed paths with him.

The same type of thing happened to my Dad. He married a Woman he'd only known for 2 months. She turned out to be insidious mentally to him and a physical abuser. It was awful. She made up lies about him and tried to take everything he had. The toll it took on him and me and my Brothers was so hard to deal with. He won his case in court, but it costed so much in so many ways. Incredibly, it was her own Son who told us she lied about her past , and had went to prison for pushing her 70 yr old Husband down a staircase. I have a similar thing going on with my dad but he is still with her. She recently called the cops saying “he kicked her in the face” and she actually consistently beats him up and he just won’t leave. Biting, hitting with objects, pushing and punching. It never ends
I can see her anxiety when she’s doing the breathing exercises.. I have social anxiety so bad and its hurting me having to watch her on the stand. No one with anxiety would agree to this situation unless they very deeply cared and stood behind something/someone.

That’s a common thing with addicts and former addicts. We get judged on our drug use and not our morals and values. I’ve been an addict for over 20 years because of a traumatic car wreck when I was 21, been in and out of treatment throughout those years. I can tell you that 98% of addicts are some of the nicest people you could meet. But most people never give us the chance to get to know us as soon as they hear about our addiction.

I have also the very bad experience that the son of a friend was accused by his partner that he raped her , even that for lomg time he was trying to separate from her and move out. she was manipulating him and threatening him psychologically. it took some years until he was found innocent though trial . it was a revenge action from her, but still he has not recovered .

My brother committed suicide after he realised that she had another man and drawn everything out of his Bank Accounts . I was actually the victim of serious domestic abuse at the time, and coke didn’t help me fight back, on the contrary, I was way more passive and accepting of the unacceptable than if I had been sober. Coke does make certain people violent and odious though, but so does alcohol, and not everyone who drinks turns into a monster. Well, it’s the same with cocaine. I tend to think alcohol and drugs are a revealer of personality rather than a modifier.

I grew up with an horrible father and I usually favour women, I find women more caring and empathic. They don't tell you this in the video but at around 30 min in all the lawyers walk up to the bench to discuss something then the Gina Deuters is excused from the stand. What happened was Ambers current girlfriend was sitting in the first row of benches behind Ambers team of lawyers and passed her phone them (she was not supposed to have an electronic device inside the courtroom) and on her phone she had a screen shot of Gina Deuters Instagram with the date intentionally edited out of the image and accused Gina of posting things about the trial on Instagram and since she's a witness she was not supposed to follow the case online, in reality the Instagram post was about the UK trial and had nothing to do with this trial but that's the kind of desperate dirty tactics Ambers resorting to.
I doubt all of that is true. It sounds about half accurate. If you want to talk about dirty tactics, however, JD's attorney, Adam Waldman, was kicked off the case and permanently banned from Twitter for his dirty tactics on behalf of JD. That is verifiable.
None of this really makes any sense. So, Johnny drinks and at some point he was using drugs. There’s no testimony about him hitting her or hurting anyone but himself. Why is this important? I’ve always heard it doesn’t matter what you believe, it only matters what you can prove and for 3 days, no one has mentioned him hitting her. If no one has ever witnessed it then isn’t the trial over and he wins?

As a sociopath and narcissist, she would certainly have a pattern of being mean to people and flipping stuff completely the opposite of the truth.
They are trying to convince the jury that domestic violence was happening behind closed doors by detailing his drug abuse and painting him as a guy who gets wasted all the time and loses his temper, because they have no substantial objective evidence of him beating her, so that's all they can really do. Just continue to defame him and portray him as a bad guy in whatever way they possibly can until his character is tainted in the eyes of the jury.
This case is a win for Johnny regardless of the outcome. We all got to hear him speak on this. I pray that people don't believe Amber's testimony and start questioning him again. She's going to cry and manipulate as she claws her way out of this one.
I had never taken a huge interest in JD in my past but now I want to go back in time and watch all of his movies esp all the Pirates movies in has been in ! I feel like Johhny's character has been thoroughly established. We've had consistent testimony from everyone from decades long friends, professional partners, and his personaloty seems pretty damn consistent. I have to say as a former heroin addiction and an artist...creative people usually have some demons. We can have a difficult time expressing our emotions in a healthy way but are in my experience, very sensitive souls and kind to others. When someone is self medicating it's a numbing agent and for their own peace of mind. If you have someone who's pushing you to react, knowing you are on drugs, they are absolutely taking advantage of your lack of ability to control your inhibitions. It's, to use JD's own word, diabolical and evil 😈

Well, I can say that Amber Heard has made me see Mr. Depp in a different light. I'm not happy to say that she has forever changed my opinion of this man. Before the allegations, I was indifferent to Mr. Depp. Haven't really seen a bunch of his movies, in fact, I can't recall one entire movie that I have sat through of his. What Ms. Heard has done with her allegations and the publicity of her struggles with domestic violence, is prove to me, beyond a reasonable doubt, that Mr. Depp is apparently one hell of a nice guy, loyal and helpful to his friends, and regardless of what he chooses to do for his recreation as far as drugs and alcohol, has a positive impact on those around him and chooses to be a positive influence in the world around him. In short, when judging a man as far as his worth to humanity, Mr. Depp is one of those people that the world is a better place for him having been in it. He will leave behind more good than bad when he makes his exit someday. The good that he will leave behind, in the form of the impact he had on others, will be immeasurable as to the people they help because of him and so on - the "ripple effect" is not one that can be measured, but I can say with certainty that his will reach as far as most of those can. You don't have to be a celebrity to do the same thing. Being a celebrity just allows you to reach more people and in that sense, Mr. Depp is one of those people that you can say "deserves" to be a celebrity. Be kind to your fellow human beings. It doesn't cost a dime to make the world a better place for all.
I felt so much empathy for her. Clearly she was very very uncomfortable being there, and she tried her best to do an accurate statement. And then everything were striked out. Must have felt terrible for her.
I think she made a difference though because the jury got to learn mire of Depps longtime considerate behavior and Heards controlling nature/treating him like a child.

My husband had an abusive ex like Amber. She turned him into an alcoholic too but it still never made him violent. He’s recovered a lot now but it’s taken many years. No one would believe him because he was big and male and she attacked herself a lot claiming it was him.

It's so frustrating that the judge overrules most of JD lawyer objections but allow AH lawyers to say whatever they want most of the time. Their questions be in the same manner or worse. What she did "wrong" was watching videos of the other witnesses in the trial before she testified. Nobody told her not to do so. But because she was not supposed to watch the trial, she was told to leave the witness stand as soon as the judge found out that she had done so.
I think Johnny has signs of childhood abuse, but he’s also not the type to blame the abuser for the abuse he received. He seems like the type to try to understand where/why their abuser was hurt, and how that contributes to how they behave now. I think Amber probably needed a lot of help, and he saw his mother in her. He saw a not mentally stable woman acting out, and he offered help. The unfortunate part is, she probably had access to help, but from the testimonies, it sounds like she was drunk a lot. I think she needs a lot *a lot* of help. I hope if she crashes a car drunk, that she doesn’t kill anyone. I say this because I think she’s the type to drink and drive. She’s very readily blaming others and she has known issues with drinking. Not a far shot to assume she’s going to be involved in a DUI.

@@margioon witnesses are not allowed to talk about the case with witnesses or attorneys, or see anything about the trial while they are under oath to testify. Her testimony ended when she told the judge she had watched a few clips of prior witness testimony's, which is not allowed. Therefore her whole testimony was scrapped.
She must have known this though. They would have prepped her. There was apparently an instagram post that was doctored by Amber's friend to look as though she was discussing the trial. I follow Gina and I don't remember he posting anything until after she testified. And I check insta every day. I think they set her up as she was being honest. I can imagine her watching a few clips without even realising what she was doing.

I think the more believable scenario is she just wasn't fully aware of the procedure, or rather she didn't realise the implications of her actions because it's so hard to avoid the case, especially if you're directly involved. Regardless, her testimony wasn't the greatest anyway but I don't think it was damaging at all for Depp. There's no way Ms Heard's team can tamper with the others sides testimony without Depp's team realising it, otherwise they would have brought it up in court.

My brother and I cruised to Mission Beach to hang out for a while and we parked away from people so we could see the sunset and a nice white car with dark windows rolled by and stopped and someone climbed out the passenger side and said “Gentleman, may I have a glance at your car” and It was Johnny Depp. We were both star struck for a few seconds and we gave him a tour of the car and he asked us where we were from , we told we were from El Reno Oklahoma. We talked for a bit and he left. The funny thing about the experience was when we were talking,Johnny didn’t act like a movie star, he was just a really laid back guy that liked our old Buick Electra. He had awesome sense of humor. That’s how we crossed paths with him.

I have a similar thing going on with my dad but he is still with her. She recently called the cops saying “he kicked her in the face” and she actually consistently beats him up and he just won’t leave. Biting, hitting with objects, pushing and punching. It never ends

That’s a common thing with addicts and former addicts. We get judged on our drug use and not our morals and values. I’ve been an addict for over 20 years because of a traumatic car wreck when I was 21, been in and out of treatment throughout those years. I can tell you that 98% of addicts are some of the nicest people you could meet. But most people never give us the chance to get to know us as soon as they hear about our addiction.
I pray he will never have to give Amber another dime. No award from this lawsuit or publicity that gives her a spot light. As a woman who really has experienced abuse, I’m deeply offended by Amber’s blatant lies and accusations. It’s clear she was the abuser

I have also the very bad experience that the son of a friend was accused by his partner that he raped her , even that for lomg time he was trying to separate from her and move out. she was manipulating him and threatening him psychologically. it took some years until he was found innocent though trial . it was a revenge action from her, but still he has not recovered .

My brother gave so much love and material possessions to the bottomless pit he married but she despised him . My brother committed suicide after he realised that she had another man and drawn everything out of his Bank Accounts . Thank heaven Johnny's bravery in coming forward about women beating , bullying and abusing men . It may have saved my 28yr old brother's life . I was actually the victim of serious domestic abuse at the time, and coke didn’t help me fight back, on the contrary, I was way more passive and accepting of the unacceptable than if I had been sober. Coke does make certain people violent and odious though, but so does alcohol, and not everyone who drinks turns into a monster. Well, it’s the same with cocaine. I tend to think alcohol and drugs are a revealer of personality rather than a modifier.

I grew up with an horrible father and I usually favour women, I find women more caring and empathic. But Amber seems off, and I can't for the life of me see flaws in Depps character when it comes to values like empathy. This also seems to be the case for people who have met him. What happened was Ambers current girlfriend was sitting in the first row of benches behind Ambers team of lawyers and passed her phone them (she was not supposed to have an electronic device inside the courtroom) and on her phone she had a screen shot of Gina Deuters Instagram with the date intentionally edited out of the image and accused Gina of posting things about the trial on Instagram and since she's a witness she was not supposed to follow the case online, in reality the Instagram post was about the UK trial and had nothing to do with this trial but that's the kind of desperate dirty tactics Ambers resorting to.

I doubt all of that is true. It sounds about half accurate. If you want to talk about dirty tactics, however, JD's attorney, Adam Waldman, was kicked off the case and permanently banned from Twitter for his dirty tactics on behalf of JD. That is verifiable.
This is actually “Perverting the course of justice” and can carry a maximum sentence of life imprisonment.

None of this really makes any sense. So, Johnny drinks and at some point he was using drugs. There’s no testimony about him hitting her or hurting anyone but himself. Why is this important? I’ve always heard it doesn’t matter what you believe, it only matters what you can prove and for 3 days, no one has mentioned him hitting her. If no one has ever witnessed it then isn’t the trial over and he wins?

Her own assistant said she stole the assistant's sexual abuse story, many people have said she's rude and unkind, and there's audio of her admitting to being physically abusive. As a sociopath and narcissist, she would certainly have a pattern of being mean to people and flipping stuff completely the opposite of the truth.
They are trying to convince the jury that domestic violence was happening behind closed doors by detailing his drug abuse and painting him as a guy who gets wasted all the time and loses his temper, because they have no substantial objective evidence of him beating her, so that's all they can really do. Just continue to defame him and portray him as a bad guy in whatever way they possibly can until his character is tainted in the eyes of the jury.

One thing I've learned from this trial is that Johnny is a sweetheart. Nicest ever.
I have to say as a former heroin addiction and an artist...creative people usually have some demons. We can have a difficult time expressing our emotions in a healthy way but are in my experience, very sensitive souls and kind to others. When someone is self medicating it's a numbing agent and for their own peace of mind. If you have someone who's pushing you to react, knowing you are on drugs, they are absolutely taking advantage of your lack of ability to control your inhibitions. It's, to use JD's own word, diabolical and evil 😈

Well, I can say that Amber Heard has made me see Mr. Depp in a different light. I'm not happy to say that she has forever changed my opinion of this man. Before the allegations, I was indifferent to Mr. Depp. Haven't really seen a bunch of his movies, in fact, I can't recall one entire movie that I have sat through of his.
What Ms. Heard has done with her allegations and the publicity of her struggles with domestic violence, is prove to me, beyond a reasonable doubt, that Mr. Depp is apparently one hell of a nice guy, loyal and helpful to his friends, and regardless of what he chooses to do for his recreation as far as drugs and alcohol, has a positive impact on those around him and chooses to be a positive influence in the world around him.
In short, when judging a man as far as his worth to humanity, Mr. Depp is one of those people that the world is a better place for him having been in it. He will leave behind more good than bad when he makes his exit someday. The good that he will leave behind, in the form of the impact he had on others, will be immeasurable as to the people they help because of him and so on - the "ripple effect" is not one that can be measured, but I can say with certainty that his will reach as far as most of those can.
You don't have to be a celebrity to do the same thing. Being a celebrity just allows you to reach more people and in that sense, Mr. Depp is one of those people that you can say "deserves" to be a celebrity.
Be kind to your fellow human beings. It doesn't cost a dime to make the world a better place for all.

It's so frustrating that the judge overrules most of JD lawyer objections but allow AH lawyers to say whatever they want most of the time. Their questions be in the same manner or worse. Although AH lawyers are doing a terrible job and JD has most of the publics support, it seems as if the judge favors AH side. This opinion is based of many videos I've seen so far.

What she did "wrong" was watching videos of the other witnesses in the trial before she testified. Nobody told her not to do so. But because she was not supposed to watch the trial, she was told to leave the witness stand as soon as the judge found out that she had done so.

I think Johnny has signs of childhood abuse, but he’s also not the type to blame the abuser for the abuse he received. He seems like the type to try to understand where/why their abuser was hurt, and how that contributes to how they behave now. I think Amber probably needed a lot of help, and he saw his mother in her. He saw a not mentally stable woman acting out, and he offered help.
The unfortunate part is, she probably had access to help, but from the testimonies, it sounds like she was drunk a lot. I think she needs a lot *a lot* of help.

@@margioon witnesses are not allowed to talk about the case with witnesses or attorneys, or see anything about the trial while they are under oath to testify. Her testimony ended when she told the judge she had watched a few clips of prior witness testimony's, which is not allowed. Therefore her whole testimony was scrapped.
She must have known this though. They would have prepped her. There was apparently an instagram post that was doctored by Amber's friend to look as though she was discussing the trial. I follow Gina and I don't remember he posting anything until after she testified. And I check insta every day. I think they set her up as she was being honest. I can imagine her watching a few clips without even realising what she was doing.

I think the more believable scenario is she just wasn't fully aware of the procedure, or rather she didn't realise the implications of her actions because it's so hard to avoid the case, especially if you're directly involved. Regardless, her testimony wasn't the greatest anyway but I don't think it was damaging at all for Depp. There's no way Ms Heard's team can tamper with the others sides testimony without Depp's team realising it, otherwise they would have brought it up in court.
