- We are back in the beautiful province of Phang Nga and today we are getting down and dirty in rural Thailand! We are visiting a local community called Ban Kok Krai where we’ll be trying out their natural mud spa! We’ll also get to learn about oyster farming from the locals there. Yes of course, they used to have a lot of tourists pre pandemic. Their English is limited but I’m sure you will be able to book a tour with them 😊

Does the mud firm your face? It seems like it does as you can’t open your mouth fully when you want to eat.
It tightens the skin so I didn’t want to stretch it too much, or else I’ll get more wrinkles haha
Note should have mud covered all day long like elephant to protect his skin from flies and bugs ha ha ha.
