I had trouble with the getting the loop to fit the buckle, so I played around to get something closer then I adjust the buckle itself to fit in the loop, it worked very well
This channel is great and highly underrated. I don't get why there aren't thousands and thousands subs. You deserve it. Your tutorials are great and I am so glad my mentor did send me here. Liked and subscribed, will spread the word.
In general trims in CLO have no capability to have collision with fabric. They can be attached to a piece of fabric and move together with it, but that's about it. You can import trims as avatar, then they will collide with fabric. But in this case they are static, they don't move in animations or pose change.
@@stitchandrender By joining a piece of fabric, you mean just resting the buckle on it, right? but when I pretend they separate me, and another question, Are you saying about importing as avatar or trim?
@@stitchandrender Yes, it's very unstable. It's too unpredictable and it breaks all the time even with a low particle distance. I was browsing for some tutorials, and I noticed yours had no collision and I think it makes much more sense. perhaps importing the buckle as an avatar is the best of both world ?
this video helped me so much, that's great you showed how to work with internal lines and angles! thank you! keep going!

I’m glad to hear it worked out. :)

Hello, I am using a trm file and I did the sewing, but when I simulate the buckle it does not have a collision, why could it be?

THanks, so the trim doesnt have any collision right ?
Yes, in this video the trim doesn't have any collision. In newest CLO release, trims finally have collision.
@ yes I tried with collision but I wonder if it is not better your way without collision.
I haven’t tried, but could be. I assume the tiny piece of the buckle that goes through the hole is sticking into belt or making it messy?
