Clan Line Returns! 35028 passing Worting Junction

Following on from seeing the Black Five at Midgham, we went to see Clan Line passing through Worting Junction, just out from Basingstoke. The Merchant Navy was on its first revenue earning trip since returning from overhaul a few weeks priors, passing its loaded trials just a day before!
35028 was on a trip commemorating the 50th anniversary of its first mainline trip in preservation going from Basingstoke to Westbury. It would retrace a part of this route with the British Pullman set on this trip doing London Victoria to Bath and back. It performed impeccably and with no diesel on the back to my surprise.
