Rigging is setting up parameters and deformers to make the character be able to move, and animation is making the characters movements For example: you would make a parameter of the head rotating, and then use that to make the animation

I use kinemaster to animate and for my backgrounds and stuff, but I do get you!! when you try to animate on an app that helps you it really takes time to animate, when I downloaded the app (kinemaster) I didn't know what to do but when you get the hang of it, your videos are gonna get better and better each day!!, animate can't be easy it takes practice like the walking animation and all of that stuff so yeah just keep practicing and practicing and you'll be so proud of yourself (anyway love your vids btw!! 😇)
