Once a few bigger voices on the scene say something is shit everybody just follows suits like a bunch of clones. I have a nicer car but I bought this one for what it was essentially designed for. It's just a worry free daily driver. I've drove it 37,000 miles so far and not a single mechanical issue. If you are looking for speed obviously this ain't it if you just need a car that does everything a car is supposed to do & not cost a house payment you're gonna be happy with this with this. I'm a boomer now so I could give two shits what other people think lol

I have a 2015 model GLS CVT G4 Mirage , already replaced 4 wheel bearings that cost me 22k and 8.8k for driver seat power window replacement, but still very satisfied for this car and fuel consumption is low.

Wala pong fog lamp ang glx po naka glx kami nagpakabig lang ako nang after market na.

Nice review. There's too much bashing on the comment sections from other reviews but here's my take based on experience.
Got it 2 months ago and we're very happy with our decision. Price might look steep but Mitsubishi offers promos that reduces the downpayment and monthly.
Was originally considering Alsvin, MG5, Emgrand, Vios, Celerio, and Soluto over this but only Mitsubishi gave us a reasonable price for the monthly & downpayment.
Might be a basic car but very fuel efficient, easy to drive, aircon is malamig. I don't need a fast car as I'm mostly driving on 100 kph speed limit expressways and within NCR.
But still this is just based on my personal experience.
Still too OP. Entry level AT is almost priced near honda city (got mine @840k only). Day and night difference. You can argue fuel efficient but not much especially on hway.
@@Khen3021 I think it depends on the dealers as well. I did inquire for a City but price is too steep and nowhere near the G4. The unit that we got was discounted as well. We could've gotten the City though if it's near the price, but it actually isn't.
@@vcplays31 they updated the price on all honda haha. maybe honda realize their price is close to its rivals. the city nows starts 940k. I bought mine last june 2021, even new mirage released that day 829k vs 888k on SRP, no brainer on the 50k difference. but in the current pricing idk maybe i get the vios at 750k SRP.

Overpriced ang G4, parang Suzuki Celerio.
Assembled in the Phils ang G4 kaya no reason to be expensive.
Better pa rin as always ang Honda City at Toyota Vios.
hm cash disc or promo downpayment can you get better than mirage g4?
If you compare it w/ other sedans of same tier in the market today, it has a bit more features, and it looks and feels more premium. Also the tires, they're the performance Bridgestone ones. So I disagree, I think the price is just about right.

The car with the worst review ratings in almost all vlog and articles ive read! Even in the US, it got a FAILING GRADE.

ha? meron bang ganun sir. I drive a 2004 toyota camry okay naman aircon. i doubt newer cars will have this problem? pwde mo naman pa linis aircon. ngayon lang ako nakarinig na need basain para lumamig lol.

Kung Hindi mgnda tint mo mainit tlga baka nmn naka bilad sa aarawan ang mirage tapus expect mo pag bukas mo Ng AC malamig agad😂
Ill not pay 899k pesos for this car,the proper price for this is 500k-700k. This is a very bad Japanese car. The car has no power,poor body roll,poor suspension,poor transmission(jolts a lot),cabin and engine vibrates a lot like something is going to fall off and idle like a diesel car. This is over priced. Better go with MG 5 or geely emgrand. This is a waste of money,dont get fooled just because its a Japanese brand.
Kaya pala daming umiiyak ng chinese car user kase pag may nasira na pyesa maghihintay pa 9 months na naorder na pyesa pampalit yung iba inaabot pa ng taon kaya yung iba na naka chinese car nakatengga lang. Ano pipiliin mo yung car brand na subok na tapos kahit san ka masiraan may pyesa agad ipapalit o yung chinese car pag may nasira hindi mo magagamit ng ilang buwan kase maghihintay kapa dumating yung order na pyesa na ipapalit. Sana pinag isipan mo muna bago mo sabihan yan. Halatang ikaw yung tao na tumitingin lang sa itsura ng sasakyan at hindi sa kung gano kasubok na yung sasakyan. Halatang walang alam sa mga sasakyan sa itsura lang tumitingin.

@@markjamesabordo192 lol honda city rs at toyota fortuner sasakyan ko at nakapagdrive nako ng chinese car like geely kase may kaibigan ako na naka geely coolray at yung tita ko naka geely emgrand. Oo maganda geely at ibang chinese car komportable sya imaneho at pang luxury ang interior at marami features hindi tulad sa ibang japanese car. Pero yung kaibigan ko na naka geely may nasira na pyesa sa sasakyan nya at dinala nya sa casa, 8 months na sya naghihintay pero wala pa rin yung inorder na pyesa na ipapalit, kaya ayon nakatengnga lang sasakyan nya yung sa tita ko naman lage namamatayan ng makina nung dinala sa casa omokay naman kaso pagkalipas ng 1 week ganon pa rin at hindi lang sila nakaranas non marami pang iba. Sa una lang maganda chinese car pero tumagal na don ka mamroblema. Hindi gaya ng mga japanese car na matibay at madali lang hanapan ng pyesa at hindi ka mamroblema syempre subok na dito sa pinas. Syempre mas pipiliin ng mga tao yung sasakyan matibay at subok na. Sa tingin mo bakit konte lang naka chinese car dito sa pinas? Syempre mas pipiliin ng mga tao japanese car kaysa sa chinese car kase ayaw nila magsayang ng pera o masayang pinaghirapan nila. Matagal nako mekaniko at driver kaya alam ko ang pipiliin kong sasakyan. Siguro ang pipili lang ng mga sasakyan na sinasabi mo ay yung mga bagohan palang at wala pang gaano alam sa mga sasakyan.

@@Gilgamesh439totoo yan sir may nabasa Ako MG at mirage G4 option nya medyo mgnda nga tlga ang MG Kaya ito kinuha nya pero nag ka problema sasakyan nya 4months wla pa Yung pyesa tapus nag monthly pa sya sa huli napasabi nlng sya aanhin nga nmn daw ang mgandang features kung masira Yung car di agad agad makahanap Ng parts😂 Kaya khit mgnda ang features Ng mga Chinese car mas marami pa ding japanese car pag sa sedan tingin ka lang makakakita kna sa daan Ng vios at mirage Kasi subok na khit Ako nagandahan sa Chinese car Kaso iniisip ko Hindi lang Yung sa una papaano pag nag 5yrs na at wla Ng warranty Yung mga Chinese car papaano hahanap Ng parts Ng.
