What do you do if the aggressor grabs your can? Whether they grab the bottom, middle or high up on the can. Gary Hernandez had a video that he posted 2 years ago on this subject. But I question whether his suggestions were realistic. Could you please demonstrate what you feel is the proper response if the aggressor takes hold. Thanks Bruce
Thank you for commenting Bruce. It's a great question and a real concern for all Caners. It's one of the reasons we prefer untelegraphed Powershots to the limbs which are more difficult to stop, but YES...we're human, we can be ambushed, we make mistakes and criminals will get their hands on Canes and it can get ugly quickly. Thank you for requesting will submit for this month. Stay Safe and Keep Canin'!
So basically Joe you’re saying that you have to be proactive in this situation. I was hoping you would have suggestions if the victim can not be proactive and has to deal with the aggressor having taken hold the victim’s cane.

the aggressor does not respect law enforcement, so yelling this command aren’t going do anything, that’s the civilian way of thinking. using loud verbals will more than like draw attention to you an your struggle, so someone else may help or call police while your putting in work. no one will help or notice if your fighting in silence, always loud an draw attention when in self defense mode?!
Awesome usable info as always!! Love the attention to detail in each of the 3 movements discussed and always being mindful that our opponents are typically younger, stronger and faster than we are.👍 Thank you!!
