This is one of the recipes I make pretty often now, because they're just easier than rolled biscuits and they turn out great! If I make them for something savory like biscuits and gravy I would definitely leave out the honey, but as is they're great with jam. I think they're going to be a base for strawberry shortcake this weekend. :)
