Hi Simon, I have a pretty good AOS case as I'm currently in the US on an L1. My number's been called up for September OC20XX. I've got almost everything ready to submit by end of this month, including the Medical exam. I don't think I'll get the receipt for the DV fee back in time. Do you see the receipt not being included as an issue and more importantly do you see the timing of AOS package submission as July 30th (one month prior to september1st) being enough time to get package reviewed? Lastly is bless litigation the best option for lawyer representation for AOS?
I won the DV lottery and my case number is current in August. When I check my visa status, it’s at NVC. When will I receive the 2nl for interview as I haven’t received it yet?
