I wore porngrind band t shirts at my restaurant job with guro hentai depicted as the art work and the only person who ever said anything to me about it was the owner. It honestly frustrates me that whenever a vtuber graduates from one agency and moves to another, they have to pretend their previous persona never existed and that they don't know any of their friends, even though it's already common knowledge to everyone. It basically erases their previous accomplishments and forces the talents to hide their friendships. It's not fair in my opinion.

She said vtuber is "fragile", when you grad (or any term related to that), it just end, unlike anime that the series could be end 10 years ago but the merch still sell. When you stop using that chara as vtuber eveyrthing just gone (and that prolly why holo very lenient with ayame who notorious with her barely stream time today, because her merch still sold well). First, it has NOTHING to do with MOVING agency nor NDA or whatever bull poop y'all think about. It's simply part of the VERY BASIC PRINCIPLE of being a Vtuber.
Let me explain its basic concept. A Vtuber IS NOT a streamer who puts on anike avatar for whatever stupid reason, a Vtuber IS a virtual character/personality which is created by the company/project/person by imprinting or projecting the talent's self into it. Coco was a virtual being who got born by projecting Kson's traits and thoughts into her. Coco was NOT a mask Kson wore to stream, neither a scripted play Kson playing VA as.
Coco is, by concept, an entirely INDEPENDENT person and not the same person as Kson or even had any correlation to her. It's a one-way implication not a bi-implication. You can say Kson was Coco because she was the one who "brought Coco to life", but Coco WASN'T Kson. So it's like, if Kson just brought a chocolate from store she may imprint that into Coco also just had the same thing too, but if like Kson get married that has nothing to do with Coco suddenly getting married too. Kson can get married and have children while Coco ironically still a virgin who hasn't yet to have a boyfriend at all, so they don't share all things the same.
That is ladies and gentlemen, the VERY BASIC CONCEPT of VIRTUAL TH-camR. Which was also once explained by Kasuga Nozomu, the person behind Kizuna Ai, aka the one who started it all.
You may not get it because y'all overseas who got into this whole rabbit hole the wrong way, not even trying to understand what actually a Vtuber is. Especially if you watched too much OVERSEAS "Vtubers", or I call them as FAKE Vtubers. Those clowns thought that Vtuber is all about hiding your faces and put on anime avatars, seriously lmao that's just "a streamer with anime avatar" and not a Vtuber. Bet you none of those clowns even watch Kizuna Ai at all.
That was the concept, so we go to the principle part and as to why when graduated the talents behind their Vtuber counterparts "didn't" inherit possessions and memories of it.
Another tldr ladies and gentlemen.
Just as the concept I explained above, connections between a Vtuber and the person behind them is not a bi-implication. Memories and histories experienced and built by the Vtuber is of their own, it's not imprinted backwards to the person behind them. So just as our friend told about Matsuri above, when a Vtuber's "life" ended aka graduation (or termination), in principle all things related to that Vtuber just ended there. Due to it not being bi-implication, therefore the person behind them also didn't inherit whatever their Vtuber left behind. The moment Coco graduated, that's it all for Coco, Kson isn't continuing Coco's life in a way or another, Coco just ended and Kson is just living independently and has nothing to do with it.
This is why "reincarnation" is a whole brand new different thing. Reincarnation doesn't mean the new Vtuber is the old Vtuber imprinted by the same person behind restarted another avatar, but it's a birth of a whole different person who has no correlation to the "previous" Vtuber played by the same person. There's more to explain about it, but if you get what I was explaining since comment above you should already understand how it works. To put it simply neither the person behind the graduated Vtuber nor the reincarnated Vtuber inherited their life.
And lastly, JAPANESE people (both real people, their Vtuber side, and fans) are understanding and following these concepts and principles. Which made the reason as to why Kson acted the way you saw here. There we go, boom, the answer to your question. Kson is simply acting that way because she knew the concepts and principles, and she's RESPECTING it.
Unlike you guys OVERSEAS NON-JAPANESE people who have been missing the whole basic points. I'm also an overseas non-Japanese person myself, but the difference between you and I is that I DO learn and acknowledge those concepts and principles while y'all don't. I hope these tldrs which I often wrote over and over and over again on many comments at many clips one day, just one day, can finally make you guys overseas smartheads understand what truly the definition of Virtual TH-camr is, so we stop giving birth to those clowns who think Vtubers are all about using anime avatars.
