Thank you so much for sharing the gospel today! And, I just love your carnivore-ish way of eating. So glad you are not bound to perfection. That is so refreshing!😊
They do say the carnivore helps to regulate your hormones. So maybe not eating carnivore your hormones were deficient. I would think it would be healthier to have your hormones where they should be. Like Dr. Berry says, if you go carnivore make sure u are using protection. LOL makes sense, if women who could not get pregnant goes carnivore and then they get pregnant must mean that their bodies were missing an important hormone. What does that say about the plants we eat. Is it the insecticides, pesticides, fertilizers or the combination that is messing up our hormones and who knows what else. Maybe organic vegetables might help. Love you and your channel Terri, you are such an inspiration. . .take care of yourself.
Thank you Wilma!!! I know it sure makes me want to go back to eating fruits and veg if it would go away…but….i’ll keep eating how I am for now. Its very interesting how it happened, I’d much rather be in menopause, but that’s just because I’m whiny today 🤣🤣
Those carnivore waffles sound interesting. Thanks for sharing your thoughts on faith and your church experience, too. It’s a great reminder to stay grounded, especially in this upside-down world. Keep pushing forward-you’ve got this!
Any bleeding after you have reached full menopause warrants a trip to your gynecologist. It would be considered abnormal at that point and the cause needs to be determined. I would make an appt just to make sure.
Thank you!!! One lab said I was pre menopause, and 2 labs said menopause. My periods when away when I started doing omad, I also lost some of my hair at the same time. I was never sure if it was menopause or if it was the continuous weight loss stress??? I’ll check with her, thank you
That was a great church talk, Terri. Lunch at the restaurant looks really GOOD! A big old bowl of mess is usually delicious... then it's hard to re-create LOL OH my goodness NO, not the monthly fairy after all this time. UGH!!! I would be MADDER than MAD too girl!! John and I were contemplating doing ONE week of carnivore-ish then strict low carb (gotta be in the mindset though!) but it's been 5 years for me... I don't want any fairy coming to visit me. Nope.
Ohhhh if yall do carnivore I am interested in what meats you all would do. I’m so ‘same thing all the time’ and you all are more footloose and fancy free I’d learn lots from yall. Yesss I’m so mad. Now don’t get me wrong, I never had any menopause symptoms, so it may have just been dormant due to weightloss stress???? But I’m still mad lol
The mention of the anchor symbol brought to mind the jesus movement of the 70s. There was a Christian book store called The Anchor and it was the first "totally christian bookstore" I can remember. Totally christian, as in, only saleing christian merchandise. It the first time I remember seeing things besides bibles & hymnals for sale. The anchor symbol was really popular then. I had a pair of anchor post earrings that came from that store. It was in the nearest "city" which was just over a 2 hour drive from our little town.
Awwwww that’s so cool! My mom owned the first Christian bookstore in our area. She opened it when I was in kindergarten. I remember helping with inventory as a kid I would count the pencils to 10, and the put those in piles of 10, to get 100 🤩🤣
Oh man! That stinks!! I stopped when I was 50, waited the year out and called it good. Haven’t had one since. I’m sorry. Isn’t that how it goes? We finally throw something out and then we end up needing it. (Paper goods fall apart after awhile anyway) Thanks for the scripture!!❤
I am right with you...I am 60 and had not one one in 3 years and guess what started back up in May of this year...needless to say I am pretty pissed off about it too!!! 😂
Ugh…man oh man…womanhood is a blessing and a curse all at the same time lol. I swear it makes me want to eat some veggies and fruit and see if it goes back away lol
Well now..how annoying & interesting is THAT? I was 53-54 when my cycle stopped, though I had other menopause symptoms along during that process. Never too severe, a little bit of mild hot flashes, moodiness, etc~ yet real mild. My cycle went out the same way, gradual, uneventful, became every other month, then not at all within a year's time. I chose not to do HRT btw. Granted, I'd been very regular & light my whole life, so there's that. I actually started eating meat based about that same time, so that may have lessened symptoms, according to what I've heard from others. If you have/or had PCOS though, it stands to reason the menopause years/wonky symptoms/cycle may drag out longer maybe~ just a thought. Had you already gone through any other typical meno symptoms before, like night sweats, hot flashes, mood changes? Our bodies are so intricate & amazing~ it's a wonder we don't have even more oddities than we already do I supposehehe. Like my husband often says; "This aging thing isn't for sissies, but it sure enough beats the alternative." Boy howdy & Amen to that! I sure appreciate you sharing your church with us Terri, & your thoughts on the Sunday sermons. We still haven't found a home church here yet, so it's great to be able to check out different ones online. Thank You Lord for every single day, for Your abundant blessings, & for all the curiosity & wonders You provide~ & most of all, for your patience with us. You never said it would be easy here, just that it will be worth it~ in Jesus' name.🙌
Thank you so much for your kind and encouraging prayers. I never had any menopause symptoms. My labs were split-1 said peri menopause, 2 said menopause. I think they went away when I went omad and my body has been trying to recalibrate ever since. Maybe the cycle went dormant and now that I’m eating it’s like…hello world!!
I think it’s carnivore. It happened after I went carnivore for 30 days the first time. It happened after I’ve been carnivore 40 days this time. It went away when I was fasting and I never went through menopause symptoms. Soooo I’m guessing it went dormant due to the stress of weightloss
Thank you for sharing your church message each week! You are a light for HIM🙏🏻🙌.
Thank you very much for watching! I never know if it comes across very well or not.
Thank you so much for sharing the gospel today! And, I just love your carnivore-ish way of eating. So glad you are not bound to perfection. That is so refreshing!😊
Thank you for watching! I like that we can share our ways of eating and keep it simple and yet be open minded to change or alterations

Carnivore is how Kelly Hogan got her three babies. ❤
Lordy mercy, I don’t want no babies. But that’s so true, her periods regulated with carnivore

I went through menopause at 39-45 years old!!!
I admit I’m jealous.

lol yesss that’s how it goes. Oh well, it’s been painless thankfully so yayyyy
I go to mass online. My husband has dementia, so I can't physically go to church.
I think it’s so sweet and beautiful that you are able to be with your husband at home and together you can still watch online 🤩
@@terrileist It is my honor to care for my husband. Without the Lord, I would be lost!
Thank you Terri.💕NonnaGrace 🐓
Have a great day!
I would be burning mad too. 💕NonnaGrace 🐓

I don’t have a waffle maker, what else could I use??? To make some
Muffin top pans, maybe a full sized waffle maker or a small pan that can make them into just little tortillas like I used to make the Carni cakes with
You are getting regulated!!! Or Perimenopausal!!!🎉😂
I know 🥴😆
Hi Terri
Good morning!!
Oh I gave your channel a follow but haven’t had time to watch much TH-cam lately, but I’m excited to watch!
@@terrileist Thank You very much!
That’s one thing I surely do NOT miss…the “woman friend”… believe me, I don’t envy you! I’m glad at 67 yrs old!😂😂😂😂
lol I was living my best life for 3 years!!! Ugh
Makes me want to go back to eating fruits and veggies if it meant that it would go away bahahahaha
Christ is Risen From the Dead, Trampling Down Death by Death, and Upon Those in the Tombs Bestowing Life!
That was profound 🤩🥰
@@terrileist It's the Orthodox Hymn for Easter.
@Gypaetus_Barbatus it’s really nice! There’s so many great messages in hymns 🤩
