Great video We was out to the show 1983 through 89 and still talk about it today-we wont be at the show this year but our thoughts will be- I wish everyone a happy and safe time- Jim Sefton-Hamilton Ohio 👍
I did hear about this a few days ago. Sounds like both diesels will be operating along with engine 6 - the first time that I'm aware of where diesel outnumbered steam on the MCRR at Old Threshers! Should be interesting.
@@kendallosier802OK. #6 is my favorite locomotive on the roster. How do you keep #6's cab connected to the tender? Can the Midwest central railroad push #6's train up the north hill during the old threshers reunion with one of the diesel locomotives
@@troy4579 it would be able to and has had to help for reasons in the past but I don't see a reason to use the diesel to push the train up the hill unless need be
@@jpg3reeves It still needs help on the hill because I don't to see it get injured worse then last reunion. How do you keep #6's cab connected to the tender?

I can tell you why
What kind of issues did #6 have the second day of the 2021 old threshers reunion
The right side eccentric rod/transmission yoke pin worked loose.

@@troy4579 There's a draw bar between the tender and the engine and the 6 can pull a train just fine up the hill without the aid of diesel
When will you make 2022
I'm working on the 2022 video right now, I'm aiming for a late April-early May 2023 release.
