Ive had this issue happen go me today on the way home from work. Had RAC out and he has money on it being a faulty sensor tripping the system into limp mode to protect it. Gonna try and get it into my local ford garage asap to do a full diagnostic. No leaks, no pipe issues, thermostat running as it should, all points to a dodgy sensor. Also you have the same misimoto induction kit on as mine, I also have a full scorpion exhaust system which sound mental. Good video none the less, i hope mine is what i think it is and isn't an expensive fix.
My St is doing the exact same thing but my coolant level is fine, originally the flap sensor broke which helped alot because I removed them but 2 days later its super hot again on the red, I presume the thermo stat? Only had the car 2 weeks what a headache already!!!

Good luck, if you remember leave a comment on what was found.
It's awesome to see you expand
Hope it helped
Can you explain what exactly you did to remedy the problem with your RS? Was it fixed after the software update?
Once I cleared the codes the car then went back to reading the system normally. As long as that code is active the needle won’t come down.
Keep rocking

Does the temp ever drop down? If you turn in the heat?

Thank you for the feedback

All Ecoboost engines should be avoided at all costs. Some goes for Powershift automatic transmissions.
So far this one has performed very well, what have you experienced?
