Good tips! 🎉 Very well structured presentation! I would say that’s also important trying not to reach perfection like following a straight line but more like a spiral. I mean try to improve the most you can at a circuit, then another, etc. This will keep you motivated. Also, it’s important to be able to be consistent but acquiring good habits. It’s difficult to get rid of bad habits. And I would also like to mention that though you’re memorizing some things, it’s not about memorizing movements but about feeling the car and learning how it should feel like. In this way you’ll be able to generalize the concepts and deal with changes like tyre degradation, weather, etc. Keep it up 👍
I’m having issues with this, I’ll qualify very high in every race but I always make a mistake that ends up ruining my race. I have great raw pace but if i’m not in the flow I always make mistakes
This is also something I struggle with (not that much though). The other week I was running IMSA endurance, and I got pole with baseline setup on a non-push lap without trying, but I binned it into a wall an hour into my stint.
@@fahadsayyedracing For me racing mainly LMP3 or LMP2 I’ll always lock the brakes ONLY in the race and go off, I never lock the brakes in practice or qually but in the race I do
Hey that's okay. The first step in getting fast is being consistent. You have to be consistent at being slow before you can be consistent at being fast.
