No, those paint tents have been around for over 30 years. You can get them in a lot of places including Amazon. They come in different sizes. She did not make it. She bought it.

for my fellow diyer: those specific chairs and matching tables were sold in multiple different colors all throughout the 80s-90s. i have my grandmothers set and they’re still sturdy and in great condition. all you have to do is branch out to a few different thrift shops and you will find a set, they are everywhere!! hope this helps!!
I had my great great grandparents set of chairs in my house for 15 years after my great grandparents gave them to us when they moved into an rv. The chairs lasted move of the 15 years with me and my parents but dogs chewed on them over the years and we got a new (to us) dining room set from a friend and got rid of the old chairs. My great grandparents kept their parents furniture in a shed at my house, and we used some of the furniture, but they moved into their “forever home camper” so the fall before we sold our house we sold all of the good furniture in a yard sale.

I do those chairs into peacocks, sun beams, or paint murals on them..i use sand with elmers glue to texture lamps, or i use burlap with strings pulled out..to add texture to items , lamps.. i make lamp shades with junk jewelry beads, or crystals..

The theme was black to go with her decor. The video was showing the use of the Wagner equipment plus having the spray equipment filled with black it makes sense to do all the black items together/one after the other without having to change the paint. I’m sure she’ll have other videos/projects you might like.
OMG! I loved all the projects. My mouth dropped to the floor when I saw the tent. I live in an apt and tried doing projects on my balcony laying down newspaper trying to be really careful and when no children/adults are around cuz of fumes but never fails there is over spray. I clean up the best I can so I don't get in trouble. I never thought of a tent/ lazy Susan. WOW! All your projects turned out amazing. Very simple. I love what you do. You're very skilled. Sorry for "gushing" but I was thrilled to see the tent. Guess I might be trying out some projects in the future? . ❤
She used water based paint. It's all going to peel off in a month. Water based paint is for walls. You're supposed to use oil based on furniture. Can u imagine paying money for one of her pieces and then seeing all the paint flake off from the "flip" This just tells me that she's either ripping off her customers or taking her vids
@@serenakoleno9338 bwahahahaha sure you CAN use latex paint and just never touch it or set anything on it. But most people want furniture that's going to hold up to use, not that's painted with latex.
You would've loved a thrift store here ... they used to get so much stuff in daily donations that they were just about giving it away. I never had to spend anywhere near that unless it was some sold oak piece. Even art work was like 2 to 5 bucks. They had no idea what they were getting rid of so cheaply. I loved that about them. Lol. On one piece I got over 6K, others from $200 to under a 1K. Now they want $50 to $100 for ansolute crap. Making up for their past losses, I guess.
Wow that sprayer is AMAZING and the pop up tent is just next level! I use a similar tent for spray tans, why it never crossed my mind to use another one for painting ? 😂 I love the magazine rack and you’re right that chair looked amazing in black! I hope you find more ❤
A pop up tent 😮thank you I was wondering what I could do and this is it 👍

Liked everything but the brown textured "painting" One guess what it looks like to me??!!

She's gonna need it after using water based paint on all that stuff

Inspired
I wonder how that paint will hold up…
I snagged 6 of those chairs off a curb 20 yrs ago
My heart dropped when she painted the magazine rack.
Why?
@@JaneSmith0709because it was beautiful prior, lots of people dislike painting old wood
Same. I immediately thought NOOOO 😭😭
Why didn't you sand the chair before you painted it? Won't the paint wear off ?
I don't get the textured plain canvas, but loved the rest! To each their own, but the rest is amazing! ❤
That tent is a great idea, kudos

The matte black vase was so nice. I wouldn’t have painted it but changed my mind after I saw the finished product. It looks very nice
100% Agree!
The tent is genius!

Loved every item! Can u tall me about the tent?
I been thinking about getting a sprayer but not sure about the clean up ? Is it easy to clean out? Maybe make a video cleaning it up? Thanks so much

@@LKMNOPI don't believe I said she invented them. My term was "using." Not sure why you said "No."
Nice 👍 good idea with the chairs I have the same ones
I could've bought all that stuff at my thrift store for $5.00...
Lets nonchalantly give perfectly ordinary housewares crappy makeovers because I need to prove spray painting booths are worth buying! I love that ❤
I like the tent idea.
Beautiful job Queen
Yes. That’s simple beautiful 🎉congrats. I’m sure you know this already but you have great taste!
Awesome rehabs!!! ❤
You did a good job but I wish there was more color

Our thrift store sells things for outrageous prices.

❤Wow! What a score!! And beautiful up cycling
Great job!! They are now BEAUTIFUL pieces!!❤️
Some people have the vision!
Nice!!
Can you tell me the name of your paint sprayer?

New latex paints are fine on furniture. I've been painting using them for years. Hold up just fine.

Yawn - I can’t wait for the beige and black wagon train to be over ! Slapping the color palette on everything is not creative.
Its a personal preference- thanks for sharing!
I love the Windsor chair, the paint finish was beautiful!♥️♥️🙏🏻
Black is the new farmhouse. Ugh.
You are rocking creativity & skills. Each item looks like a Millionaire n bucks now!!!! Great ideas 💡🎉🎉🎉😂😮
I love them all, awesome work ❤❤❤
Me too!! She's very good.
Beautiful..!
The chair and magazine rack looks great
I love these!! That's a great idea for spray painting.
why is flipping just spray painting?
What color beige is that? I like the wood wicker look personally but it looked great in the end.

Beautiful all of them.
We used to have a magazine rack like that from Fingerhut ! You made it look awesome !
too bad you made them all look worse and removed their charm
This is so nicely done! I am about to spray 5 old lamps!! Pottery Barn dupe for my lamps!!!
🎉Great job 👏
I wouldnt buy anything you ruined w paint which was everything ..........nope
I grew up with that chair… hurt my heart a little bit when she painted it black - although it honestly looks so freaking cute like that 🥹
love it
Love everything!! ❤
Im so glad I live where I live, I would never spend that much for that at my thrift stores thats over double what I would have paid
The canvas flip is unique! So many ugly paintings at the thrift store!!
There is no decorating problem that can't be solved with spray paint.
how is spray paint, and paint in general sustainable? what's the phk is wood?
the only downside is those spray guns take soooo long to clean my fingers turn into raisins :(
All of that looked cheap after and I would never put in my house lol
That "artwork" looks suspicious....
The magazine rack and the vases are really NICE!!!
Somebody junk is treasure to another person❤😊⭐️
The video stopped just as she started to paint the first basket & wont restart!
literally ruined every single piece and you know it
are you afraid of color...
nope
Love the chair!!!! Really? All of it ♥️
Magnolia table REALLY???????,?,?? HMMMM.....
Painting those baskets hurt my heart 😅
When I’ve spray painted baskets the strong paint smell never seems to dissipate. Any tricks for that or am I doing something wrong?
Spray paint odors are so strong. I stay away from it when I can.
Everything but the lamp that LOOKS DIY, not in a good way.
Wow good idea with the pop up tent🎉

Upcycling at its best!!! ❤️❤️❤️
Hey, I have more chairs and I would give them to you...
We had that exact magazine rack !
wish i had the talent to change things like that
What is the name of this texture?😊
Is that painter one of those noisy ones?
Nice paint hood. So smart
I hope your wearing a nask,
You love paint I guess..
Pop up tent...brilliant ❤
Im going through my house for upcycling projects. I love all of your fines.
You did a fantastic job with the products you brought 🏠. Very talented.
Saving the planet with spray paint. 😂 gotta be a millennial. 😂
What fun that whole project looks like. And the sprayer would be so nice to have!
