    I do want to mention to Jenny - Sometimes I turn off the sound because I can't stand listening to the person in the video. That is not the case with Jenny. There is something very comforting in listening to her talk us through the making of her quilts.

    I made the cat quilt and then used the left over 4.5 inch squares to make the pumpkin! It turned out great!

    Actually, I like the scrap one the most. I think it's because of the colors that were chosen.

    Love the tutorial and nice to have a quick and easy project for last minute decorating. Question for you, can you give me some information about your thread stand? Brand?Where can I find one?       Great questions! The thread stand in the tutorial came with Jenny's machine, the BabyLock Jane.

      Thank you so much for your reply. I did look at the babylock website and now see that the thread stand is actually built into Jenny’s machine. Such a nice feature to have. And I did see that they have other stands that are considered accessories to my machine!!!!! Thank you again for the information!!!!!

      It's great because there is no chord to trip over! It gets hot enough too, the one thing is it will cool down while you are ironing, so if you like to do all your ironing at once that may not work for you.

    Why didn't you just make half square triangles for the corners of the pumpkin?

      Tori Bradford more math or cutting involved. If you used the 5 inch squares your half square triangles would be smaller than the others.

      She is just trying something new out. She loves her Oliso Iron but wanted to see what the Panasonic 360 Freestyle was like. :)

      I also have the Oliso Iron. I absolutely love it too. It took a little getting used to; but, now I don't think I'll go back to any other (even my husband likes it when he irons! :) )

    Does anyone happen to know the angle on the hat if you don't have the triangle ruler? I guess it doesn't matter as long as they all match?

      Going off napkin math from dimensions shown in the video, 68-70° at the base points and 40-44° at the center will get you close.
