Woooooo!! It's begun! Here's a tip - For the darker fabric, it's harder for me to see where the lines on my ruler are (and I use Creative Grids), so I turn the fabric to the backside to cut because it's so much lighter in color.

Also it’s helpful how the video is marked in “chapters” so we can go back and watch certain sections again. I’m using the seam roller more and it definitely helps from not getting up constantly to iron. Thanks Kimberly and FQS for another great video and cute block.

Love your tutorials. Have you ever used the creative grids corner clipper? As a time saving ruler it is great. No drawing diagonal lines. After a few practice runs I use it all the time and my accuracy has greatly improved. As someone who always speaks about speed then maybe you should try it.
On the hunt for that bat fabric. I don't mind switching out fabrics... In fact I am 1000% in favor of it. But I am sad about not having that bat fabric. I will blame the supply chain. I can wait to start this until I find it. 😉
