the "Invisible wall" over the saw at the start can best be described as Flag Suc. in MM1 there's an invisible wall that extends a short ways above the flagpole, placed to help you not jump over it

The weird falling into the saw in that first corridor is such a fun troll mechanic from SMM1, I think it was called Flagpole Succ
Basically, the flagpole is directly below the saw, so when you try to jump X distance above the flag, it'll block you, with the idea being you'd hit the wall and land on top of the goal. But that's blocked off, so since you can't get high enough until the blocks break, flag succ

Watching Dave loop over and over thinking that was the answer knowing full well from the first time he called the ending that he needed to go into the bumper was truly agonizing.
It really was. Saw the flagpole extending upwards and the block and was like “oh it pushes you into the flag” and then noticed how much time was left. It was PAINFUL
I saw that ending since the first time he got "spring locked" to the right of the flag base. I would have ended this 10 mins earlier.
As a Melbournian No-one in Australia drinks fosters. Literally most pubs don’t sell them. Go a VB 🤮 or a crown larger, if you like kangaroo pee. Just go a corona with lemon or lime

Only fan favorite thing missing from MM2 are the costumes though the one costume we do get have tons more playability in regards to Link’s moveset hopefully we get a MM3 with more characters

There are so many good troll levels yet, you should go to carlsagan 42s mm1 troll playlist and just go down it and play any you haven't already done =D, especially the escape the mansion style ones
The tricky part is playing these levels. The Wii U obviously, but supposedly the 3ds can do it too. Soon though, these crazy levels will be gone for good.

The ending was so obvious, I wonder why many streamers don't see something like that. I guess there's a difference between playing the game and just watching it 🤷♂

i think that jump button problem is a feature of the game... because it carries over even to emulators...
