    Hey Nick, thanks for the video. I've been watching your videos all week and they're extremely helpful. I have a few questions for you.
    1) How would you set this up for a brand new ad account? Would you start off with 2 dynamic ad sets in a CBO, let them run a bit, then dump the winners into a new adset?
    2) How obvious is it when you find a winning creative? In one of your videos you mentioned testing 12 new creatives before finding a winning creative, but then that winning creative dropped CPA by 40%... Is that how powerful winning creatives are? 😳
    3) What are your thoughts on a 3:3:1 structure (3 ads, 3 primary texts, 1 headline)? Do headlines really move the needle that much? Wouldn't you rather test more ad copies?
    Thanks again for all the value!

    • @NickTheriot
      @NickTheriot  2 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Glad you're enjoying them!
      1. I would start off with 2-3 dynamic adsets in a cbo and then let it run for a few days, cut the losing ones and keep adding new ones to beat the first winner.
      2. Winning ads will transform a business. One ad can take you to 7 figures. You'll clearly see a winning ad when you see a jump in overall performance.
      3. I wouldn't do more than 2 primary texts. 1 winner and 1 new one. If you have no winning primary texts, then just use one. Same for headlines.

    Awesome video man!
    Since i started doing what you and Charlie are doing, i took my business to a whole new level, like double revenue in 1 month.
    Triple whale + pushing 1 CBO works like a freaking charm, i owe you guys so much.
    One question though. How did you decide that you wanted to use both of your creatives from the dynamic test? What was the thought process behind that? Mine is allways giving me 1 option for each creative i use, so i get 3 each time.
    Thanks again

    After how long do you take the winning resource from the DYNAMIC ADSET and put it into the NON-DYNAMIC ADSET? Do you wait 3-7 days and then take the post id ?
    Second question : After how long do you turn off the DYNAMIC ADSET from which you took the POST ID ? Do you turn it off even if it continues to have good results ? Thank you !! Love!!!

    Just want to say thank you for this insane information Nick. I've been using these ads for the past few weeks now and seen massive success. Curious, however, if I was to implement this strategy for a business with a booking page, would it be more beneficial to run Lead Gen ads and have my client follow up with potential customers, or run traffic/conversion ads straight to their booking page? Thanks man!

    When we divide Today Total Ad Spend / Today Total Sales are we properly calculating the current blended CPA? I mean, of course it's blended CPA, but wouldn't CAC be more accurate? In the first case, we'd be mixing 1st purchases with 3rd, 4th, 5th... 🤔

    • @NickTheriot
      @NickTheriot  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Correct, so recently we started switching over to first time customer revenue / by total spend. The way mentioned in this video still works and has helped us over the last year scale with no issues, but first time customer revenue will be more accurate.

    in the video u talk about increasing the budget everyday with 20%. We tried this like 5 times and the ad dies literally every time. Once we had a winning batch for 3 weeks. After 3 weeks i increased the budget from €50 to €60 en no sales for 5 days. Before that we had a CPA of like €20 for 3 weeks. Is it possible that increasing budget just doesn't work for my ad account?

    Hello Mr. Nick. We really appreciate you making such valuable content.
    I have been watching your videos for over 6 weeks but there is one thing that I just don't understand despite watching it many times.
    It is the about the content of the new dct testing correct me if I am wrong ,supposing we don't have a winning ad yet:
    a. when testing the image/video, we should have add 2 identical texts as headlines, 2 identical texts as the ad body but 3 different images/videos
    b. when testing the ad copy, we have 2 different body text, with 2 identical headlines, and 3 identical images/videos
    c. when testing the headline, we should have 3 identical images/videos, 2 identical ad copies but 2 different headlines
    when reiterating an ad concept, you said in another video, only do 1 of each and then different 2 texts or 3 (in the case of the image/video) of the ad segment that is being tested.
    Am I right? Please explain it to me
    Thank a lot

    • @NickTheriot
      @NickTheriot  ปีที่แล้ว

      You do one copy that is a winner, one that is new, one headline is a winner, and one that is new, then 3 different images / videos.
      When we iterate on ad concept, i might do 1 text and 1 headline that worked well for the previous test, if we're iterating on just the creative.

    Are able to see previews and performance data for each ad variation (on Facebook and Instagram)? I've been following this approach (with 3 creatives, 2 headlines and 2 primary text). But I'm not seeing previews for all ad variations. I'm only seeing previews of three ads. In turn, I can only see performance data for these 3 ads and for individual creatives. So I'm not sure which ad variations are the winners. Whereas, with regular (non-dynamic) ads, I can see a preview and performance data for each ad.

Do you only use one campaign, within which you create multiple ad sets with DCT tests, and also include a main set with the winning creatives. You set the budget at the Campaign level.
