- The new Renault Rafale coupe SUV is the first production vehicle entirely designed according to the new visual language that Gilles Vidal has brought in as head of Design Renault. It is ushering in a new era in Renault’s design: it is visionary, daring, perfectly in tune with its time and tailor-made for a period when everything is moving ever faster and only avantgarde models will stay attractive throughout their life cycle.
The Renault Rafale also features up-to-the-minute connectivity and a 200 hp E-Tech full hybrid powertrain that is as efficient as it is frugal and uses recycled materials.
It was born to take driving pleasure to ever new heights and will be enhanced with technological breakthroughs that will rank it high up in the high-performance automotive universe with a new E-Tech 4x4 300 hp powertrain.

Great Renault! And the name is worthy. 4x4, 200 and 300 horsepower. Many read it similar to Peugeot, its designer Vidal recently moved from Peugeot to Renault

Une pensée émue pour Hélène Boucher, héroïne de l’aviation française, mortellement blessée en 1934 à bord d’un Caudron C430 Rafale (Immatriculation F-AMVB, je crois avec un moteur Renault). Elle effectuait un vol d’entrainement dans des conditions difficiles, en préparation d’une démonstration d’entreprise.

It's like a crossover between a BMW X-Series and a Nissan Maurano
and a front made by and for Peugeot (as its designer G. Vidal now works for Renault, obviously)

Please replace the geometry of the steering wheel with a round one, because this steering wheel is UNCOMFORTABLE, a round steering wheel is a practical steering wheel. It is NOT CONVENIENT to exit the turn if the steering wheel is NOT a RING, when it is enough just to loosen the grip of the hands, and then catch a smooth rotation, (the curvature of the ring is more difficult to catch because its circumference changes, it is not convenient and emergency), the device should be analog, because the flickering of the display in the face of the driver can lead to seizures of epilepsy, the handbrake must be mechanical, allowing smooth braking in an emergency, and not electronic, which has only two positions on or off ... etc....

French cars are good looking until you own one. They fall apart so quickly hence the reason why they will never rise to stardom. Speaking from experience. Their design is never timeless and everything fades and ages in months mot years. KIA makes better cars now

I had a Citroen for 12years without any problems except i have to change light bulbs every few months but nothing else my experiemce.
Why doesn’t Renault sell in the American market??
They did a long time ago but had a disaster with overheating cars - the love affair didn’t last long.
