    Hands starting to tingle a whole lot during solar plexus to heart chakra as it's been around two weeks doing this by myself since I was introduced to a group setting.

    What a strong meditation! Wow! My whole body ant was the strongest meditation I've ever done ... Is there any side effect? My body tingled so badly that I was even scared

      As long as you are a healthy person (no heart issues e.g.) and you are not pregnant, there are only good effects. The tingling of the body is a good and normal effect.
