    Great job. I was just mad thinking I had to go with my 2000 EUR laptop into service and explain them I had screen burn and convince them to exchange the display under warranty (don't even know if warranty applies to this). Fortunately I start to read on internet and found that maybe the damage is not permanent and could be solved or at least make the burn less visible. This is how I've find your videos. I just run them for less than an hour and voila...no burn. Thank you for your time and help

    I used a combination of your videos, and you fixed so many of my problems :) I thank you dearly.

    red blue and green are the only colors monitors are capable of producing, just it blends it to give u the other few million colors, this is meant to help by repeating those same colors which apparently helps stuck or burnt pixels (that happens when u have the same picture showing for a long time on your desktop or something)

      Only fixes image retention. Screen burn is permanent. Only way it helps that is by wearing out the surrounding pixels

    This is the only video that fixed it for me in a matter of minutes!

    Can't tell if I am imagining the burn looking less visible or not, everything looks less vivid after staring at this video. :)

    There's a hidden message if you stare at this like an old Magic Eye picture for about 18 minutes.

      The cone cells that detect the colors will get tired. So less red, blue and green, almost black and white xD.

      What kind of tv do you have LCD or plasma

    • @InMaTeofDeath
      @InMaTeofDeath 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      It was for my monitor but it might not help your situation. It's an LCD IPS panel from korea lol. And the reason it was screen burned was my fault due to overclocking it.

    Para los que también buscan comentarios en español...
    Contaré mi historia...
    Desperté, me dirigí hacia la cocina... Justo cuando llegué, saqué el celular de mi bolsillo y cuando lo saqué, se me resvaló de la mano, llendo a una gran velocidad hacia la pared, luego rebotó y finalmente cayó al suelo... Cuando lo levanté, tenía la pantalla cuarteada, de una manera muy sutíl, ni siquiera se sentía lo cuarteado, en fin, habían pequeñas rayas blancas por toda la pantalla, cuando las tocaba soltaban un sombreado negro, lo cual indicaba que no era la tapa, era la pantalla (Ó Dis-Play) así lo seguí usando... días después (Aproximadamente 3 días) comenzó a verse una pequeña mancha negra, pensé que se regó la tinta, pero era un pixel muerto, al final de todo, comenzaron a morir más y más, hay por casi todos lados, hoy en día, uso este video y sí me ayudó, los pixeles se ven púrpuras, pero, veo a través de ellos... Si hay mejoría, lo comentaré.

    This may not be a good solution for everyone. The large size and fixed position of the rectangles causes image retention instead of removing it.

    I have a computer hooked up to my plasma TV. So the task bar gets burned in after a few hours. It's doesn't take long with this to get rid of it. Thanks!

      I also attached my computer to my 55UB850V and the taskbar burned in because of prologed usage. thus magically removed the burn in. A big thanks to the OP

    Can someone explain to me how this works?

    • @JzE_3d
      @JzE_3d 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Here's the explanation 7 years later. Basically this just works for amoled, oled, screens because those technologies use organic pixels to represent color and brightness. And that has really cool advantages like better color, contrast, vision angles, etc.. but it has some drawbacks like the elements that happens to be present during extended periods of time in the same position tend to burn the pixels which represented those elements, for example the clock, remaining battery, wifi, mobile signal strength and others. So to try to fix this issues videos like this do a cycle of the three basic colors which are red, green and blue and with these cycles during long periods of time the screen "forgets" those burnt elements

    Terrible video, leaves grid lines everywhere because it never changes pattern. So every high-contrast pairing is being burned in over and over, instead of cleaning anything
