When to remove cover screw and replace it with healing abutment? On the day of implant placement or after few days?

After few days ,send patient with cover screw on the day of Implant placement then recall patient after 7 days then remove cover screw and put healing abutment for soft tissue growth after 15 days prosthetic abutment should be placed .

All good is as such already said about you. So wont repeat.......
Just one thing to bring into your notice is that- adjust your camera so that it covers your board from top to bottom. Some part you write on it is not visible. Very small thing... But will be of great help if thats possible.😊
