When I found this recipe I started cooking it this way! All you need is onion!
Necessary materials
2 cups of warm milk (400 ml)
2 egg whites
1 tablespoon of dry yeast (10 g)
5 cups of flour (600 gr)
1 teaspoon of salt (8 g)
Soft butter (25 g)
For internal mortar
3 onions
3-4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Black pepper
ground pepper
red pepper flakes
Tomato paste
Grated cheddar cheese
To put between
Soft butter (50 g)
Baking: 30-35 minutes in the oven at 200 °C
The cup measurement I use is (200 ml)
