I don't buy anymore! Few people know this secret, simple and tasty. Make the best recipe in the world yourself with simple ingredients! This is a very simple method. I've been doing THIS for a week now and I still want to do it! I use this method almost every day since I learned it from a 70-year-old teacher! Now I will always cook this way. Give a medal to whoever invented this method! Ever since I learned this method, I've always done it this way!

Cooking recipe and ingredients:
1 egg.
30 g melted butter.
3 tablespoons of sugar.
Mix well with a whisk.
160 ml of warm milk.
150 ml of warm water.
30 ml of vegetable oil.
7 g of dry yeast.
Mix well.
Sift 550 g of wheat flour.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Mix with a spatula.
If the dough is sticky, sprinkle it with flour.
Knead the dough until it is moderately smooth.
form into a ball.
Place in a greased bowl.
Cover with food-grade film.
Cover with a towel and set aside in a warm place for 1 hour.
The dough rose well.
Roll out with your hands.
Roll up.
Divide into 9 parts.
Roll them into a ball.
Not many people know this secret! Incredibly simple and delicious!
Cover with a towel and set aside in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Roll out the dough to a diameter of 20 cm.
Divide into 4 parts.
Assemble them as shown in the video.
Cut with a pizza cutter.
Roll up.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
I will show you again how to shape the dough.
Repeat after me, it's very easy and simple.
Ever since I learned this method, I've always done it this way!
Cover with a towel and set aside in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Egg yolk + 2 teaspoons of milk.
Mix well.
Brush the surface with the prepared egg mixture.
Sprinkle them with poppy seeds.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 C for 25-30 minutes.
It turned out great!
Let them cool slightly.
Give a medal to whoever invented this method!

1) How long should I expect to hand knead the dough to get to the desired feel?
2) if I want to make them sweeter, could I add more sugar without hurting its rise or texture?
