Is that water damage on the right hand side and the bottom of the dinette? It looks quite dark. Can the window be removed from the side hatch to turn it back into a hatch?

Most of the porthole windows have been leaking resulting in a lot of water damage on the wood panels . Must have been a live aboard in a marina as the hull has a lot of algae growth on the water line . 15k overpriced .

Lovely boat but my heart always sinks every time I hear the dreaded words "Thetford cassette loo". Who wants to do their business in a Tupperware box and they look so cheap and nasty.

Rocking Weeble I totally agree. Can you imagine cleaning it out. I spent years as a nurse cleaning bedpans so to clean out your family and friends waste is horrifying no no no not for me either. There has got to be and there is a better way. But it’s probably too expensive. Interesting to know if family members take it in turn to ‘slop out’ yep I doubt it too.

The most argued about thing on narrow boats, cassettes or pump out, I personally prefer the modern type of pumpout with a macerator and seperate tank.

I would prefer this to a pumpout. It would be so much easier and cheaper to convert to a composting toilet. Which would be my preference.

Overall a nice looking boat, though I'd have to agree that the apparently water damaged areas are a bit concerning. Could be right as rain with some TLC though.

A floating piece of furniture. Lovalee.
A brolly holder on the tiller...
    How about that.
Seen a lot but never that.

Very nice boat, but I’m always bemused by the thinking of a seller who places such sentimental value on a boat-size sofa or chairs that he feels the irresistible need to remove them from the saloon prior to a sale, rather that write them off and leave them behind to add to the appeal of the boat. Could they have been family heirlooms? I mean, how much value could they have that would justify removing them? Just wondering. Lovely boat.

yeah at least pick up a nice second hand brown leather sofa or captains chairs from a charity store or something and finish off the boat if your selling for 60 k ...i sell for a living and would spend £200 quid on a few soft furnishings pot plants books ..sofa kitchen ware etc to add some badly needed eye appeal ..

Colin Stewart you make similar comments on a large number of boats from Rugby, all of which seem to sell within hours or at most days. Perhaps it is you who should review your pricing strategy!

Hey, people sell boats. But why ask "why"? Do you think you’ll get an honest answer if it’s because of leaks, smells, rattles, or bugs? The answer will always be some variation of "I don’t get out on it anymore" or "I need a down payment for a new house" or "My wife hates canals" or whatever. So why even ask?
