I love boats in the 40'-50' range! Looks like a great liveaboard for a single person. The layout is near perfect!

Pretty sure East West marine were built in China. Hence the bamboo interior which looks to be holding up really well. Most of them are around the 44ft mark so they would fit in the shipping container apparently. Only around for a couple of years.
There are some 57 footers which have a really nice layout which includes a dinette.

Another cutie! I would add as many domestic batteries as I could fit---no sense in wasting all those roof panels! The bath is, again, well thought out for a wet room, and the galley is quite the perfect size for her (and I love the granite work). 44' is hardly the party barge, so the dinette/sleeper would go, with a nice table and chairs instead. The Barris Shire engine of 34 horsies should gallop her about the canals with plenty of giddy-up left over. As a single, it would fit just fine. With a partner, it would be rather snugly!
not the most efficient with it's size, but it has plenty of it, so, a lovely layout & look, in a very beautiful boat, though maybe a little less than the most easy to use in some places (tight cupboards seem often one of the signs of an under-designed GUI so to speak...)
You are obsessed with opening cupboards, drawers, fridges and ovens why, everyone knows what the inside of these empty things look like.
The best feature of the 44 ft East West boats is the huge L shaped wardrobe at the foot of the bed which is missing here. See Godlyn's Folly.
So much detail about about a £40 quid tv but nothing about the boats power battery bank. AGM, lithium, age? Might also be better to get a trained boat person to do the camera work instead of a general member of staff, cutting corners on trained staff that know their way round a boat might save a few quid a month per annum but dilute your reputation! However nice boat and not a bad price despite not knowing about the battery situation amongst other things! ❤

Wonderful!!! Just £50k?! This has to be a mistake?! And topping it made in china, renowned for their build quality, especially with boats 😮😢😅😮😢🎉Must have been made by a well established, prestigious well known and still around builder? AND it's had a survey, just wonder why it got misplaced, but heard that that happens a lot with surveys though, especially the very accurate £600 ones.

Lovely boat
The amount of engine hours is questionable. I have the same age boat and it's done nearly 4000 hours. I'm assuming it's been in the marina a lot or maybe they've had a new engine or changed the control panel.... it's a very nice boat though...👍👍It should go quick
