Yeah to the non-informed, cardio doesn't burn body fat as efficiently as strength training will. 30 mins of cardio while the rest of your time strength training will always be more suitable to lose that body fat fast. Pop in some 24-72 hour fast every week and you're burning body fat like crazy

The muscle needs time to recover, not giving it time to rest would harm it in the long run and studies have shown that it also impacts motivation to workout negatively due to been exhausted . It is recommended to get three to two days of rest for per week for every muscle

Correct. If you train with higher intensity and lower volume you don’t need to go the gym as often. The key to building muscle is training hard. So make sure your going to failure or close to it. Around 4-10 working sets per muscle group per week should be good enough for most people if you are training intensely. Be sure to progressive overload(get stronger on whatever exercises you are doing) and last but not least get enough protein and eat in a small surplus if your skinny(you’ll gain muscle faster) good luck to everyone on their journey🙏

I hope someone fat like me reads this: Take a real close look at the third chart. The workouts are all mixed up this is important to note since you wont be traing one muscle group a day which will keep things fresh for the ego. VERY important for the long run. Don't forget lots of cardio!
definitely. I couldn't do a pull up back in July. Used resistance bands to assist me with downward drop pull ups (hope I got the name right) and with resistance band exercises to strengthen my serratus anterior, now I can do 10 quality controlled pull ups. Go for it bro
