What I was saying though is here we don't have any large companies except for very very minimal like 1% or less of them anything even close to the outcome of what you had in your case (4 neons died) you emailed them later I believe not even the same day they died or anything like that and a day later the get back to you and just refund you for all the neons and you got 2 free neons there are no companies basically here that will not be that stingy over a maybe 10-20$~ in neons and I think that is really cool you have a place like that you can trust and rely and not entirely have to worry about being over charged for every little tiny thing cool video subscribed and going to watch the rest of your videos in the usa its standard if something is a DOA (dead on arrival) you have 2 hours from when it was marked as delivered to your door and if you dont email them about it or send proof/pictures and this is for most places here in the us online they wont refund anything and by default everyone makes you repay the shipping fee even if you payed 100$ in fish 20$ shipping and all of the 100$ in fish died they will refund the 100$ in fish or money but not the shipping fee so the entire shipping scene is like so serious and strict
I’ve ordered a Candy Koi Betta from them this month 15th March 2021, I was sent a sick 🤒 fish. Today is 5th April, my Betta seems like she’s been eaten alive. Something wrong with the skin. I can see the flesh. Currently I’m treating her. Don’t think she’ll survive 😔. First time ordering from this company I was disappointed 😞. Lovely guppies you have 👍🏽

Why use such big bags for such little amount of fish?

such a shame about the dead fish .. the guppys are a beautiful colour .. i get my fish from tropco there great at solving problems
can somebody tell me how many days can be in that bag alive those fishes???

I've got the same filter 😂 A shame about the fish,The blue guppy is stunning!.Thinking of ordering fish but the shipping costs scare me
i have bought from tropco. i've not had any doa's and there really helpful. just take picture of dead fish and they will usually refund or replace
