I have been experimenting with stacking of "Raid: Exterminate" missions and twice I have accidently aggroed the target(s) by a missed ID-clone. This isn't normally a big deal but some of the installations have security ships patrolling the skies and they too became involved. While the installation commandos focused on destroying my SRV, I quickly dismissed my ship before it was destroyed. This leaves me on-foot with no way to leave. I ran far away from the installation but any attempt to recall my ship results in the Patrol Ships attacking it. Calling for Apex seemed like it worked (it was able to land and let me board) but then it was destroyed as soon as I boarded. Unless I am missing something, it seems like settlements with Patrol Ships defending them are especially tricky.
Yes I have found this as well with military settlements sometimes. It used to happen even with power on missions as well. If you go far enough out before calling it you should be OK. I wouldn't try to take off in an apex shuttle near the goliath if it is angry.
So yesterday I tried an assassination mission and I got a message that the target relocated somewhere, and the new place didn't have the target listed on any panel and also was not an anarchy state. Unfortunately I ended up being caught as I tried to gain higher level access and ended up being killed in the process (I also could not find the target anywhere). Any tip on to locate them if they're not listed anywhere? Edit: I see that case was shown at the very end of the video, ok so that's why...
Well. I just looked this up because I wanted to overcome my ressentiments for Odyssey... but honestly, watching how you pass by some random guys that yell at you "Watch yourself" and just "speedrun" because of the dumb ai (and the freaking Bounty) makes it so unappealing... *sigh*
Anarchy player factions are rapidly getting shafted. Massacre mission both on foot and by ship are plentiful and pay well, typically done by Commanders in private or Solo.
I was not aware that an overcharge would kill someone.

if you pull your weapon out they stop the scan and give you a warning but you can only do that once

LOL.. always fun videos as usual, one type of mission is very hard when somebody rats and the settlement already know you are coming..

Yes, it is helpful for covert missions until you unlock a silenced gun, which most ppl wont do as it is time consuming.

It's not part of the tutorial mission, you enter an abandoned settlement and then get attacked by shielded raiders @@SixStringflyboy

The guards do if you get close enough. There is also a short grace period as well if you have already been scanned.

I've not seen a single commander since I bought the update.
