- Step 1 - Highlight systems with an an anarchy government in control. Make sure to base yourself in a station/port they control so you wont lose access to the mission board due to fines/bounties.
Step 2 - Select one with 8 or more factions present in the system which has a decent number of landfall planets and odyssey settlements near the main star or station/port of choice.
Step 3/4 - Gain high rep with all the factions so that you can get access to more missions and negotiate improved mission rewards.
Step 3/4 - Stack missions against the controlling faction that is in a state of anarchy(particularly try o stack extermination missions from as many different factions as possible).
Step 5- Loot the settlements clean as you murder them.
Note 1 - When you are conducting missions against them make to have an extermination mission open so you don't lose rep for murdering them when they get in your way( for example if they get in your way during a shut down mission).
Note 2 - Don't take missions that have a high travel time.
Note 3 - It's best if the controlling faction is independent which they always seem to be if they are an anarchy faction as you could potentially lose rep with a superpower otherwise.
Note - 4 You can log out and log back in again to make the NPCs respawn but all loot will de-spawn if you do that.
Note - 4 If you go to irregular markers to salvage things then the guards or scavengers that spawn in tend to belong to the governing anarchy faction and so will contribute towards the extermination mission kill total.

The irony is that I didn't actually do any illegal stuff as I only killed people from an anarchy faction which doesn't create any fines or bounties.

@@DrHopeMath isn't it better to loot powered down settlements u don't have to waste time killing everyone again when u reset could u do a tutorial on where to find powered down settlements like what state the system shall be in for that etc that would be extremely helpful
@@DXDgamingsubnow The idea is that you stack missions against the anarchy faction so that you can get material rewards for completing them at the same time as looting which is more effective at getting materials faster. Looting powered down settlements is good as well( as long as they aren't on fire) but there are some things you wont get and it depends on what powered down settlements are available which changes in a given system.

Learned a lot... I always thought the exterminate missions had to be done in the same system where it was issued unless a location was mentioned.
It tries to make you think that as the mission Icon is only over the one system.

this is the exact way i do my mat gathering, im in colonia area in carcosa, a faction called the nameless, anarchy faction in anarchy system and they occupy lots of settlements. spreading the good word of our lord and savior Lron

Is there a limit as to how many suit's and or weapon's one can purchase aka have in their inventory?

How do you one-shot everyone? Is that what a class 5 Intimidator does?
Yes being fully upgraded helps a lot, but in addition, aiming down the sights greatly reduces the spread for some reason.
The factions are only in anarchy because off all of the theatans.
Send them some e-meters.

I don't but I can tell you where to go.
1st of all you should check mission rewards and stack murder missions with material rewards.
For almost everything else I would loot engineering and military settlements clean and check the data ports.
If you take satellite crash mission you can log in and out and continually get data from the data pad thing. Be on the look out for irregular 3 markers as they are the best for farming data.
Larceny missions are also good for farming weapon schematics but I think you might need to go up in supercruise and then down again as i heard they put in an anti re-log thing.
I will add some more directions later.
Tried this, but the only missions I get are at military bases with loads of highly skilled security staff, skimmers and anti personel guns. Failed every single mission as I can't even get to the alarm controls before they are after me. :-( Not seen a single "kill staff of faction xyz" mission so far. Only very specific ones. Maybe this has been patched?
you tried Eurybia system and lower threat missions ?

@@DrHopeMath Update on the situation: I think it might have been the system. Went to another anarchy system and it's working there so far. Stacking about 10 missions at a time so that I can also finish them. Usually takes 1 or 2 mission board refreshes (so 10 to 20 minutes) but that's ok.
