Hey man does it work the same with chrome book every time I try to sign in from my computer it just keeps loading it never actually loads. I’ve done power cycles on the computer and printer and re-tried and got the same results

Don't need a CD ROM to click? Just connect the cable and that's it?

Connect the USB Cable then download HP Smart app to your computer or laptop the select set up a printer the select USB Cable, you don't need the CD Rom
