Hey Keith I sure do appreciate your insight and training. When you speak of pursuing the Bad Guys, my spirit leaps inside of me. I’m a Church Security Officer. Licensed PSO in Texas. Never been LEO. But I am ready. Today my Team trains with a LEO firearms trainer. Draw & fire from concealment. Our church expects us to be ready. We are ready. We will call 911. My team knows, “We are the first 10 minutes” before the professionals arrive. We expect to stop the threat before the pros arrive. Thanks for your inspiration.
19:54 my father was a WW2 U.S Marine and had a Japanese pistol he called His Baby. Fast forward I have had 11 surgeries since 2018 most of which were dealing with my back. I can not really run, due to on going pelvic floor pain I had to have my testicals removed. So my strength is not what it was. One final problem is that our former Pastor did a sermon on how Jesus was a pacifist and my wife is really opposed to Christians having and possibly shooting some one. I big fan of Gary Cooper’s film Sargent York so that’s the attitude I take. I have sent multiple messages to our Pastors and the head of our elder board on needing to beef up our security. 1) with my diagnosis of depression and my physical limitations what can I do. I’m 67 and if nothing else I can be a bullet catcher to save someone else but I really don’t know what I should do if anything. 2) thanks to listening to my father. I am a big fan of firearms both long and short I wonder what firearm you would recommend if you would recommend. I pursue all that’s involved withconceal carry. 3) lastly I am I’m just in a quandary. I don’t feel that doing nothing is right, but I’m not sure what I myself can. Do we live in Minnesota and like I said I’m I’m just lost in this regard. My father told me once about the importance of training and how no matter what job you have outside the military without that training, you were just and I thought about this for many years I watch war documentaries and I understand the cost of our freedom very well so like us again like I said, I’m gonna quandary any guidance you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Police officers need the warriors attitude to Affectively to protect and serve our communities. Most importantly, to go home safe Physically, mentally and financially!!!
You've just explained the inherent problem with every law enforcement agency in the country except for the Sheriff. They all are under the thumb of a bureaucrat. Whether it's the mayor, the city council, etc... The sheriff is the only one who works for the people, being voted in to office by the people! Thanks for the video.
I am a drummer in the worship band at our church, but we have like 3 other drummers too so I'm not as needed so I'm thinking about production. The sound booth balcony is a great vantage point to "stop" a bad guy from. If only we had an AR locker up there.
Love your channel. What I struggle with as a church security team member is the participation of other members. We are a small body so fewer to chose from, I'm 68 another is 2 yrs older than myself and the third is a young combat vet raising a family. So when training time comes around it is rare we can all get together at the same time. We try, but it worries me that when the yogurt gets thick we will have problems.
I retired from the Baltimore City Police dept 2 years ago after 27 years and would have to say everything you said in this video is spot on. I currently lead a faith based Safety and Security at The Well church in Utah. Love the videos and the honesty in them!!
Your comments are right on point. I took early retirement because our agency was undergoing a 180* demographic shift, and the people who were suddenly in authority were "drunk" with their sudden power OVER THEIR FELLOW OFFICERS. As you'd expect, those suddenly in charge were the least capable, and blatantly abused their new authority. That agency now is known for scraping the bottom of the barrel in it's hiring practices; quality recruits don't even apply! Sorry for the long post. Thanks for what you do.
Love your videos! I check here multiple times a day to see if you have posted anything. I’m looking forward to your church security team rifle video. Oh, by the way, love it when you’re on Survival Dispatch!

First of all I want to thank you for what you are doing. I am security for my small 35 to 40 member AG church. Or average age is 72. We are in the town of Ocean Shores Washington with a lot of retired citizens, I carry but being retired I don’t have the money for a high priced hand gun. So I have a High Point C9. I am a member of the local range and try to get out there three or four time a month. I know the High Point isn’t the best gun. But after polishing the feed ramp and replacing the way to stuff trigger spring. It not half bad. I can keep my rounds in the black. I also have a Savage Axis bolt in 30-6. That rifle I can keep a tight group. I watch you videos and I belong to you group and have been receiving emails and find them very helpful. My pastor is for this and I have been doing this on my own. I have been saving my dimes and nickel’s and plan to get a trauma bag. They have so on Amazon that look pretty good. I was on a HAZMAT team as the incident commander. Train by the State of California when I worked at Gallo Winery. It was a few years ago. But 11 years on the team and every year trained to handle wounds along with HAZMAT. Any way keep the videos coming they are priceless. I wish I had the funds to pay for your time by I am getting a lot out of all your free training. God Bless

I appreciate your term “badge heavy”. My husband and I, law abiding Christian citizens, who endured a badge heavy neighbor.
Great content, Kieth.
Hey Keith
I sure do appreciate your insight and training.
I carry a gun, because when seconds count, a cop is minutes away.
Cops carry chalk, because when seconds count, they are minutes away.
Although law enforcement needs to be well rounded, criminals need to be stopped by whatever means possible.
Absolutely not. We don't need more cops violating our constitutional rights. As the saying goes you don't win them all.
An excellent video. I'm retired now, but wouldn't do LE if I was starting out. For all the reasons that you described.
I really like your videos and tried my best to spread the word but I won’t get into my situation and I’m just not listening to very much at church so.
Keep up the good work as long as you can I try and tell police officers thank you for what you do to try and encourage them and I wish you well and will try to remember to pray for you thank you, brother

I’m a retired NYPD SDS.Sergeant with 29 years experience. I totally agree with your assessment with the problem with our police departments. Police officers need the warriors attitude to Affectively to protect and serve our communities. Most importantly, to go home safe Physically, mentally and financially!!!
Mentally and financially boy oh boy, is that an endless topic to get into.
Outstanding training
Excellent information, as always. Thank you
Amen brother. My uncle was in law enforcement, and I was in law enforcement. My son is in law enforcement and is counting the months to retirement.
Amen brother speaking my language exactly why I retired. I was hired in the 90s the best decade of policing and recruitment
Albuquerque, New Mexico : half of the police that were needed and 1/3rd of the ones left are investigating other cops.
Great information thank you so much for your time.
Love your videos! I check here multiple times a day to see if you have posted anything. I’m looking forward to your church security team rifle video. Oh, by the way, love it when you’re on Survival Dispatch!
I can't love this one enough!
Awesome, thank you.
A leadership crisis soon leads to a crisis in craftsmanship (competence). Too many leaders in our beloved profession focus on craftsmanship in politics. Leadership is a responsibility-it's not for glory or self-aggrandizing - it's for your people. Retired Lieutenant 26 years.
Very honest and sad truths.
Thank you for all your work.
As a Christian and a American I appreciate what you do here, keep up your awesome work
Any training recommendations in Idaho? Great video.
Spot on with current law enforcement. 29 years active, now retired. Thanks for the video.
First of all I want to thank you for what you are doing. I am security for my small 35 to 40 member AG church. Or average age is 72. We are in the town of Ocean Shores Washington with a lot of retired citizens,
I carry but being retired I don’t have the money for a high priced hand gun.
God Bless
Agreed and "leadership" is lacking.
