What about when it rains? Do you have any idea for a rain cover?
Hi, any rain cover which is used for a mid sized travel bag can fit these bags, or you can also get one stitched from the same bag vendor where you making this bah

Yes it can be used with any bike....we have successfully done a ladakh ride with this bag

Yes. Pillion can sit very comfortably. You can increase the thickness or padding of the strap to make it more comfy for the pillion

How did you find the fabric that connects both bags in between? And they are stitched together?
Hi Catherine, usually the guys who amend bags and luggage products, they have this material fabric. Yes we stocked these bags together. U can use Velcro also
Brother ..I have R15 ....heat from exhaust might damage our bag ?!
Hi Gautham, you can fix the DIY saddle stand as per the height of the exhaust (you will get to see it in the end of the vdo). we had a similar issue with CBR so we got the stand height adjusted while preparing & then tighten up the belt.

Is it comfortable for the pillion rider with the saddle bags placed on the bike?
Steve Jonathan - Hi Steve..yes the one we have done here is very comfortable, since if you can see the flap rests on the pillion seat and is very flat without any hooks on top side...so it's easy for a pillion to sit on it.
.or alternatively if you have more luggage..you can place a sack bag or other luggage bag on top of the flap on your pillion seat and tie them with a bungee..

Hi. Both the bags were stitched using a similar fabric and extra belt was given for adjustment of the height

Hi Roshan..his name is sameer 9702478615, you can talk to him, its been more than a year we made this bag from him, you might have to remind him about such kind of bag, alternatively you can directly go and meet him near Ekasr Fish market borivali west

Hi Kamlesh, thank you for liking, but it’s a 2-3 years old video, the bag fellow is in eksar area of Borivali West Mumbai, but have no idea if he still operates there, if we get the number we will surely share it, alternatively u can also get this done from any local bag dealer of your area

Hi Gixxer Rides - we have used normal inexpensive bags and then covered it with rain covers for waterproofing to make it a budget arrangement...but if you wish you can do this method usuing waterproof bags as well..
And change ur tyres to semi offroad it will give u good grip on wet pavement too.

Yes co rider can sit comfortably even with the bag mounted, since the top flap is very slim and sits nicely on the back seat, without creating trouble for pillion

Quality of these bags wont withstand the road trip and its very prone to rain. Good one if you are planning for short trip
Hi Indian by choice - the bag in the video was used for a ladakh and a Rajasthan trip in one year plus few more small trips...and it's still intact even after getting overloaded during ladakh ( you can watch our ladakh vlogs)..and the hack shown can be done with any bag of your choice as well..and for the rain your can use tarpaulins or rain covers available in the market for bags
it is finished with in 500 RS lool I have done it long back....!
What about rains? Definitely these are not rain proof. How do u protect them from rains.?
Manis T - Hi, yes these are not rain Proof, if you check.our ladakh vlog we have covered these bags with tarapoulins ( taadpatri) to protect it from rains while tying the bungee ropes , it did a great job, secondly you can separately purchase normal rain covers for travel bags and they will easily fit these bags

We haven't purchased any rain cover online, but you can search varoius websites or physical stores for such covers , we alonly used taadpatri which is available with local.hardware or cover vendors outside
