Thanks so much for this logical tip. I am trying desperately to find a reason for my weak OHB. Have tried alot of advice but not this one yet. Will defenitely implement it!
Good point...I find trying to coil my shoulder, racquet, get a stretch, when squared to the side, messes up my timing.
Practice hitting the ball from a foot behind the baseline. That way you will have more time to set up and create good habits.
very good technique it works really well, pull the racket well behind with the free hand and place your feet well as you explain in your video
Nice video! Are you using Vcore 98? Can you share your string and tension setup? I am using the vcore 98 2023 and never able to play the same level as blade V8 and pure strike. Feel clumsy, lack of control and depth and height on vcore 😢
seems like a dunlop cx200 tour 18x20
Great video.
Cross leg apply to forehand as well ?
no
*Your technique is a failing grade.*
*You don't turn around enough in preparation.*
*The secret is not in your legs.*
*The secret is the left arm and the right shoulder blade.*
*And you accelerate the racket downward during the stroke on the wrong trajectory.*
Easy on the back too.
