Zola Majavu on Mthembu's court case against Motsoeneng

ANC Chief Whip Jackson Mthembu is suing the SABC's Corporate Affairs boss, Hlaudi Motsoeneng. This after Motsoeneng said Mthembu had tried to "capture" him at a meeting at a certain hotel. Motsoeneng's lawyer, Zola Majavu explains that he's received instructions to defend the defamation case brought against Motsoeneng in court.
