@@goose9246my KTM would eat that up, the lean sensitive cornering ABS and traction control, plus slipper clutch have absolutely no problems with that riding style, but it’s a later Gen than the SMT

Honestly ktm needs to bring this bike back with the 1050 lc8. Even the 1090 adventure is a bit big and is not even being produced anymore, and the 890 adventure is the ugliest thing ever and has a 21 inch front wheel. You could slap 17" wheels on either 890 adventures but they already are fairly pricey and if you do, rider aids have a freakout and deactivate. Anyway, this is one of my dream bikes and one of the most underappreciated motorbike concepts.
That was fantastic, and was enjoyable to watch, I wish I could ride my SMT like that.
Then you would probably have to change your engine oftener 😂😂

Ktm 890 smt was announced last year but is not the same. Like you said, a 1050 smt lc8 engine would be perfect.
